The rubber gasket on the basket of my 12 cup Breville coffee maker was tired out after several years of use. I called Breville and was able to purchase a replacement.
It arrived on time. After a few uses (less than a week), the gasket split almost in two. I callled Breville service today and they are sending me another one at no charge.
This is what great companies do!

We simply received a bad oven. The trays didn’t fit in. These ovens are great and we knew what to expect and it was just built wrong. The team did a simple video call and saw the problem and sent us a new one. Easy and responsive because we could actually talk to someone. Thanks for having a call center so you can talk with a human.

En fait j'ai des problèmes avec le deuxième café que je fais couler sur ma Breville Barista Touch Empress. L'ajustement doit être fait à chaque fois pour le moulin surtout. Le choix d'un café double ou simple change considérablement la grosseur de la mouture. C'est difficile de réaliser un café parfait à tout coup. Mais quand vous réussissez il est délicieux, plein d'arôme et c'est une expérience unique en bouche. J'aime beaucoup l'Impress qui presse le café pour moi. La pression est toujours la même si qui enlève un soucis.

The Support level was awesome. I got a new hot for my Breville but the lid on that is still defective where it does not open up when I push the button so I would prefer to maybe have a different pot and investment of $200. I’m trying to not happy.

The customer care person sounded as though there was a complete absence of personality . Her voice was a monotone and the call disconnected with highly suspect timing.

I submitted a request to setup the repair of my Touch expresso machine. I submitted it a few days before a 3 day weekend holiday, and they replied that it could take longer than usual to setup the service because of the holiday. I waited for the message to setup the return for repair but instead they emailed me to notify me that the request was closed. No reason why or any other information was given. I had to contact them again and they corrected the situation. I'm sending the unit for repairs. I truly appreciated it and understand that things will not always work out 100 % in this computerized society. Thanks...

They helped me troubleshoot my Breville, determined there was a broken piece and mailed it out immediately. My Breville is back up and running! Excellent customer service, friendly with accurate solutions.
