The customer care team showed very little care or understanding. Our coffee machine has had a persistent leak and the customer care representatives refused to believe there was a fault and hence offered no satisfactory solution

Customer service rep was great. Product is NOT great. We had two toasters, both less than a year old, the lever just broke!
Poor quality control :(. We appreciate the support in sending us a new one each time. But it was a hassle.

I was very frustrated with figuring how to use my new espresso machine and the customer service person was so helpful. She was able to figure out the problem and walked me thru the solution. It really made me feel supported with my new espresso machine. I am so thankful!

Noxy was very friendly and helpful in taking care of my problem. I needed a replacement pan for my toaster oven because it arrived damaged. It was much easier to order a replacement than I expected, and took very little time. Even being on hold went quickly. I will definitely purchase future items from Breville.

Pamela was excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.
I spoke with her supervisor and also explained that Breville needs a separate number from Nespresso or to inform Nespresso when a call is about a Breville machine, not to assume it's also a Nespresso machine. They confused my Nespresso frother, which is separate from the single Roma Cafe machine that I have. It was frustrating dealing with Nespesso except for Marcos, who understood the problem and provide me with the Breville phone #.

The two people I spoke to were knowledgeable and helped me solve my problem without difficulty.

Called about a defective machine, specifically the steam wand that constantly blocks. Returned my machine for warranty. It was sent back without being fixed. When I called to get it figured out it was like pulling teeth to get a replacement. You claim to stand behind your product with a warranty, I had to spend over an hour on the phone to get a new unit sent out. At first you wanted to send me a refurbished machine??? Why would I want a machine that had an issue and was sent back to you. My machine didn't work properly after you claimed to have fixed it. I would be pretty frustrated to get my old machine if I accepted your refurbished warranty. Once I finally got a manager to send me a new machine you send out a modified warranty for the replacement. You have a flaw with the plastic black piece in the steam wand. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to purchase Breville products.

Although the technician walked me through the process of verification the last step was not clear and so she reverted to sending me the video. I have yet to view but given my advanced years I find this tedious. I would have preferred bringing the machine to where I bought it and have them deal with it.

The phone system gets 0 stars. When it first answered, it said I had two minutes to wait. That time constantly increase to over 20 minutes until I gave up and asked for callback. The callback came immediately, which doesn’t jibe at all with what the system was telling me. I wasted 20 minutes waiting for an answer before doing the callback.

Quick to answer, helpful, investigated and phoned back when they said they would, put all the wheels in motion to resolve the issue right away.

I spent 40 minutes with your support staff and the time was wasted. She wanted a video of my issue, the loud bang, with the crumb tray and when I told her I can't do videos, she said Oh, this happens all the time with this model. Why didn't she tell me this from the start?

I love all the care the customer service has given me over the years of having my bambino plus they all deserve a koodoo and I will never buy another make but Breville top brand thank u for all the care u have given me even this my machine is an older model now u all are tops

The company solved my issue. Very happy

I loved using my breville oven, but for some reason, the bottom elements stopped working, and since the oven was less than 2yres old, I called customer support and they were very helpful and replaced the oven. They also paid for the shipping, the only problem was the oven is a pretty good size so for one older person getting to ups was hard.
