Your phone people are very friendly and very accommodating. The thing is, I'm not real sure about your service technicians. After they fixed the initial problem, they sent the unit back.And it didn't work at all , wouldn't you think they would troubleshoot it. Then they sent me another unit, and again.The fan didn't work on the convection.Wouldn't you think they would troubleshoot? Just Simple questions you ask yourself. The unit they sent this time this last time arrived totally damaged another trip to staples. Customer service good rest of service not good.Finally got a new unit coming, to be continued...... Don't have to much faith.

First, I am always confident I am going to have a great experience before I call. This has never changed. I love that the reps have the ability to guide me through each process with a camera view to confirm what I need to address with my Breville Expresso machine. They are patient and knowledgeable each time, They also have immediately sent any needed supplies right out to me.

They found it for me, invoiced me immediately and within a few days had the part delivered to me. In the future if I ever need to buy other electrical products I will definitely buy Breville due to the amazing customer service.
