I loved using my breville oven

I loved using my breville oven, but for some reason, the bottom elements stopped working, and since the oven was less than 2yres old, I called customer support and they were very helpful and replaced the oven. They also paid for the shipping, the only problem was the oven is a pretty good size so for one older person getting to ups was hard.

Although the outcome was satisfactory…

Although the outcome was satisfactory in the end, communication was very slow which forced me to go to the retailer.

Not at all happy with the service, I happened to find out that this is not a single out issue, this is a product-wide issue.

After a while, the machine stopped in the middle of dispensing water. Even though I had a full tank of water, the machine indicated to fill the tank. The service is a painful process. I had to go to the service station and check the product; during this time, I do not have access to a filter. My pregnant wife and i are using this machine regularly, the repair or replacement takes 2 weeks turn aound time. We are abandoned during this 2 weeks. Not at all happy with the service, I happened to find out that this is not a single out issue, this is a product-wide issue.

BBB complaint closed as unanswered by Breville

After experiencing a complete heating failure with my Joule sous vide unit and being informed that no repair or service options were available outside of warranty, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

BBB later closed the complaint as “UNANSWERED” after stating they made multiple attempts to contact Breville without receiving a response.

Combined with the lack of repairability and post-warranty support I experienced directly, this further reinforced my concerns regarding long-term customer support and issue resolution.

Amazing customer service by Victor

We were having issues with our Breville and spoke with a few associates who didn’t really help us with our problem. Once Victor Bailey took over our case, he went above and beyond and resolved our machine issues. He was very responsive and knew exactly how to troubleshoot for us. He is an amazing customer service rep!

Once again amazing Breville customer…

Once again amazing Breville customer service. Replaced a broken part within 2 days and this was from a machine that gets daily use over the past few years! I would never buy a small appliance from anywhere else! Bravo Breville!

Cannot recommend breville

Thankful for the redirection to Nespresso for American machine repair, however I would not have bought this machine had I known how complicated and time consuming it would be to get help. Doubt we will be able to get it fixed after only two years working. Can no recommend this brand, unfortunately.
