They design blenders to be used with brittle bottles for which they regularly change the design for so that you can't replace them when they break and you are then forced to dump the blender and get a new one. Needless to say I've dumped their products for a lifetime.

Went to buy a Brevill onetouch mark 2 coffee machine from Currys got it home unpacked it to find a crack in the base of the cold water tank. Took it back to Currys looked at same machines on display to swop for faulty one and found they all had cracks in a similar location. Also check my sons Mark 1 to find that also had a crack in the tank in same area must be design fault.

Mediocore product with faults and 0 customer support.

We purchased a Breville barista max coffee machine, it had issues a few months in and we contacted support who recommended cleaning the system which we had already done. We eventually with the help of youtube figured out what was causing the issue. Fast forward a year later and one of the internal components has broken and water is leaking inside the machine. We figured out which part it was and tried to purchase a replacement but Breville told us they won't supply any internal components and neither will any reseller, however they offered us 10% off our next machine from them. Absolutely awful solution to a relatively small problem. Would never buy from them again.

I purchased a one touch coffee machine and after only 16 months or no longer works and leaks water. I contacted Breville for assistance with repair or replacement but was told they couldn't do either. I explained I had religiously followed they're cleaning and descaling routine but was told the failure must be due to timescale. Having examined my machine there are no signs of limescale anywhere. All breville wanted to do was sell me a replacement. I will no longer buy Breville products if they fail so quickly and offer no assistance to customers

Bought 2 Breville Rio Kettles (Teal coloured). Neither lasted as long as 2 years....probably due to cheap thermostats. Like many products with built in obsolescence, they cannot be repaired as replacement parts are unavailable. It's time manufacturers made products which can be repaired due to faulty or low quality components. Might as well use a stove top kettle where things rarely (If ever) go wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Would be surprised if Breville acknowledge this criticism

Got a cream kettle and toaster, toaster is fine, kettle is pealing. Customer service absolutely no help whatsoever awful company

I have bought 2 Breville products within the past 4 months, an air fryer and a blender. Both have broken within this time. Products not fit for purpose, avoid.

Bought the kettle 2 years ago and am extremely disappointed. The kettle's inner plastic parts have disintegrated with time and come loose into the water that we would boil, so we were consuming plastic parts for a while before we noticed. This is absolutely unacceptable, if not to say dangerous for life, as consuming plastic can can cause cancer or other health problems. Will be telling about this problem to everyone and anyone who will listen, people need to know about this issue.

Bought a breville iron from Argos about about 3 months since to replace one I'd had ages, same model. Only this one is rubbish, water runs over clothes unless temperature set to almost highest it wil go. Poor performance on synthetic materials. Hadle too near temperature dial so keep turning it when picking up iron so no good for large hands.

Their customer service is a joke lazy and absolutely idiotic I suppose the old saying stays true pay peanuts and you get monkeys that's the last Breville product I ever buy. It's all good until you need a little support then it absolutely goes to...

Contacted Breville as My coffe machine stopped working.
The product was bought in the october but was a christmas present so was not used until the end of December.
I was asked to give details of purchase as well as the product number and send a video of the problem.
After sending this I was advised that there was nothing they could do.
It was out of warranty.
I advised that this was technically only 12 weeks out of this as wasn't used until after Christmas and that I would expect a product of this calibre to last more than 15 month.
I have asked to make a formal complaint about the product as i feel if it is only this old it is then not fit for purpose.
I have not received any more correspondence from them since.
I have lost all faith in their products and will not be buying again.

I hate leaving negative reviews but my experience of the Temperature Select Kettle Smart Digital VKT159 is very poor. Worked ok for about 2 weeks, then would not turn off when set to 100 deg boil. Fills whole kitchen with steam and just boils continuously........ save your money guys

Wrong order. Terrible customer service who do not read your messages. It's been 1.5 months and I still do not have my refund. Had to dispute it with my bank to get the funds back. Terrible terrible company with the worst customer service in the world. Please never order from this store. You're better off paying more at another store.

I purchased a Breville Barista Max a year ago via Amazon that has stopped working and on trying to contact both companies they are just not bothered. I had a Nespresso for years and thought i would get a coffee grinder machine but to pay nearly £400 for one year use i will be going back to Nespresso immediately! Rubbish product and rubbish service! Really disappointing!

I was gifted a bean to cup coffee machine VCF 126 for Christmas 2020. It has developed a fault where water is seeping through the group head filter. I cannot purchase a new seal as they don't stock them. After contacting Breville I was told to send photos. Then 5 days later later told descale. ( already done, hence me contacting them!) Days later another email to say very sorry can't help me as warranty has run out, but 15% off if I purchase another coffee machine. Um no thanks, not impressed that you regard a £299 3 year old item as scrap. Will go and buy a delonghi where I can buy spares and get better customer service.

Purchased a BREVILLE VCF125 Mini Barista Coffee Machine Dec 2021 and had to return it within 6 months. Replacement sent out and this lasted 18months. It is now outside the 1 year warranty. Breville are not interested in offering any customer satisfaction. Item is now twice the price I paid for it. Please do not waste your money if you live in a certain water area.

We have just purchased the Breville 360Autosense air purifier.

It is simply amazing, wonderful.

I have asthma and Copd and have trouble breathing.
The difference this has made in one day is great.
Now on day two and my breathing is so much better also the air feels better.

We are going to order another for the bedroom.

We received a coffee machine as a gift in December 2022 and just over a year later and only 1 month after warranty (we provided proof of purchase) it developed a fault.

All Lukasz the agent could advise was to clean it (we had already done this) even though he admitted it was a fault with the PCB. All they could is offer a new one at a reduced price!

Terrible customer service, if you spend hundreds of pounds on a coffee machine - it's expected that it'll last longer than a year!
