Purchased three Breville toasters in last 5 years. all broken with different issues. Hugely disappointing the customer service feedback received. Also our Breville pancake maker stopped working after 2.5 years. I will never buy a breville product again in my life. expensive product and not good.

Bought the breville halo flexi before xmas. I actually love the machine. However I want3d another large tray for when you remove the divider. Customer " service" was shocking saying yeah we don't do spares and hung up. They have now made an extra shelf with the latest model but can you order one? NO you can't. You have to buy the whole new machine! That's shocking! When this breaks down I won't be buying breville again.

Shocking, bought an air purifier early November returned a week later been waiting 4 months for my refund of over £800. Sure I’ve been scammed. Been emailing every week keep getting told it’s due this week never lands

I bought a breville food mixer before Xmas nd used it today for the first time. I put butter & sugar in the bowl, switched on only to find that the beaters had hardly touched it, so I reverted to make the cake using thehand mixer as I had previously done with my original hand mixer. What a waste of money!!!

I recently bought the Breville hot cup.
I drink lots of tea and coffee and I don't enjoy the brew if the water hasn't reached boiling point for a few seconds, I can tell when I drink it.
This machine looks great. Very stylish and nice to look at. It despenses the water after heating very quickly 300ml .
The opening where you fill the water is on the small side, I don't have a steady hand so I spilt a fair bit trying to get water in a hole less than half the size of my kettle lid hole.So probably not practice for people with shaky hands like I have.
The over flow tray holds at least 300ml of water so that's not too bad. Another thing that I wasn't too keen on was the noise it makes when it has finished heating, I likened it to the noise a teas maid used to make when it was in operation. It frightened my cat haha.. anyway if you want very hot water in 300ml cup fuls and want to make kne drink at a time then you may like it.

Extremely horrible service and just not worth the hassle. I bought baby stroller from them and one month gone by still there is no stroller delivered. When I send an email the response is so AI and it persist in saying it will come today. But it’s been a month and nothing.

Barista Max Coffee Machine. £390, leaking water through a small pump inside and tripping the electricity in the whole house. Few weeks out of warranty, no one wants to know and they don't supply the spart parts for repair.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. We purchased a toastie maker for £39. Rhe handle broke first time I used it. We repaired it as we had lost our receipt. Used it today and it has blown the electrics three times so it’s now going in the bin where it belongs. Looking at reviews I would say breville are rubbish now. DO NOT PURCHASE A TOASTIE MACHINE

We were given a Breville BBL605XL blender, brand new. We've had it about 4 years, and it has done what we asked during that time. But we didn't ask much. We probably used it once every couple of months for about 5 minutes a time. We got it out today to puree an egg custard and it sounded as though It was grinding ITSELF up. Obviously, it needed a new bearing in the blade assembly. I'm handy, I can fix anything. I looked online for the bearing, at the usual appliance repair parts places. Nothing. Either the base, the drive bushing or the entire pitcher and blade assembly, apparently without lid, were the only parts available and I would have had to buy the pitcher for $150, ¾ of the price of the entire thing new. So I called Breville to see where I could get the $2.00 bearing. "Sorry, we only sell the pitcher for $169". So what do I take away from this? Buy a Vitamix. I will never throw away money on a practically irreparable Breville product.

1st coffee machine returned under guarantee, 2nd one breaks a couple of months out of guarantee (1 year guarantee). For the quality, it should be £50 not £350. Local repairers won't touch it, so now scrap.

We bought a Diamond Xpress iron just on 6 months ago, initially we were very happy with the product however within a few days it started to drip water. This model is apparently anti drip, we persevered hoping it would stop but then it began spitting. We were on the verge of complaining when it suddenly started smoking and set the fire alarms off, after turning the iron off we noticed burn marks on the sole plate which were coming from within the iron. We contacted Breville and admittedly they are replacing the iron but it will take ten days to deliver! This is poor customer service as I have recently sent packages myself on next day delivery so why are they unable to?
What I find rather alarming is that despite it smoking (who knows what might of happened without smoke alarms) they did not want the old one back. Maybe they don’t need to investigate because they already know the issue?
Update:
They sent us a replacement just over a month ago and now the replacement is leaking from the handle and base and has tripped my electrics, there appears to be either a design or manufacturing fault with these items

Definitely not the greatest product support I've encountered....I was shocked the representative I spoke to was unable to quote the dimensions of a product, plus didn't really have a clue about the product itself.... With the sorry state this country is in, I'm not surprised...

Phoned for advice with an older model and person I spoke to asked me the same question over and over as if he couldnt understand that it was going to be the same answer. Bloody useless.

Bought a Breville Blend Active and it leaked within months. Came on here to decide whether to buy another as they are not too pricey, but the bad reviews have made up my mind - never again!

How can a modern company with all the technology available get it so wrong!!!!!
Got this toaster because it had large slots for thicker bread .it does toast bread reasonably but that's it
Why it has a crumb tray I have no idea as it just dumps all the crumbs on the side ,I'm constantly cleaning up after use

Having had a Breville Active Blender for some years, I needed extra bottles and the cap had broken from the screw lid.
I wasn't able to find any so I purchased a new one. Family Active Blender the Blender was subsubstantial blended well, the extra bottles needed. However the lids were inferior the catch to open the lids not fit for purpose, with constant use these snapped, I requested to purchase replacement lids but was sent them free of charge, which I was appreciative of, these consequently snapped. I again asked to purchase replacement lids and extra bottles. I was requested the receipt, photos I'd sent of unit underside numbers lids but Breville wanted more. I was asking to purchase not replace.

So needless to say I'm looking for an alternative. Poor product quality, poor service, disappointing. Not going to waste my time. Would not recommend on grounds of quality and service.

My parents brought this machine about one and half years ago and the button for the lid would not release the lid and they had to prise it open with a knife. I emailed customer support as my parents are elderly and do not do the internet. I first got a reply asking for receipt and photos which they did not have. I sent a photo of the model number and the came back with an offer of 15% off one of their products. I didn't feel this was right so I emailed back this time they came back with last offer 30% off a product from their website. I spent 20 minutes trying to get on it and gave up. How would an elderly person be able to do this? I think their support isn't very good and not helpful.

My partner recently purchased a blend active blender that states that it will blend ice yet in reality it even struggles to blend fruit and seeds ,the first one we recieved didn't crush ice and started smoking from the actual blender then stopped working ,when we tried to return it to breville they shirked responsibility and said we had to go through amazon !! We bought another of the same model and although this one hasn't started smoking it too is completely useless and let alone crushing ice or frozen fruit it doesn't even blend non frozen fruit !! I feel let down by customer services and that the description is inappropriate and misleading !! We couldn't be bothered with the hassle of claiming via the seller on amazon as it's clearly a manufacturer issue so we are financially out of pocket twice now !!so if your looking for a blender/smoothie maker I suggest avoiding breville at all cost and looking elsewhere

Contacted customer service explained I had no receipt but only used iron for 3 weeks and broke !! I’ve had diamond express iron before no problems they asked for pic of iron as to date after 3 emails no reply poor customer service what’s the point in contacting you if you don’t respond ??? A company is judged by customer service Breville

Purchased a Cafe Romacoffee maker. Terms were as follows: if unit defective within 90 days of purchase take to selling retailer. Also limited warranty garantees between 91 and 365 days. Ours broke down after approximately 400 days.
At first Breville communicated with us as to how to fix the problem. We tried their fixes and reported back that they did not work. We then went on vacation and in the interim our file was closed. We reopened the file and told them we don't want to horse around with this issue any further and requested a refund. They said no to that and closed ouor file again. I tried to respond to their last reply the following day with zero success.
My advice is to stay away from BREVILLE as their warranty is worth zero and they treat customers like garbage.
