A truly horrible experience. Returned item to Germany and never got picked up. Returned it to somewhere in the UK and waited for a refund. Eventually done a charge back through the card and somehow they have the cheek to challenge it which makes me think they never had any intention of giving a refund. Do yourself self a favour and stay clear. It's cheap junk with a premium price tag.

I have only put 1 star as I couldn't put less than that. If I knew then what I know now I would touch this place. I returned the goods UN-OPENED and have been waiting nearly 2 months for the money back. My next path is my back and or VISA to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ARE IN THE SHOP.

Purchased the Brivelle portable oxygen generator. Upon turning it on I realised not only did it not produce any oxygen worth using, it was as loud as my leaf blower and rattled more. Not quiet and not producing enough oxygen to make it useable. Upon asking for a refund from Breville I am told because it has been opened and turned on I am not able to have one. Stay away from this company and their poor quality products or you will end up ripped off like me.

main improvement would be to let customers no about purchase and send confirmation on goods spent too many phone calls trying to trace my goods and how long it would take the three days they promised was over a week later

I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with this company. Despite sending multiple emails to cancel an order due to delayed dispatch—after paying for express delivery—there was no response or confirmation. I also attempted to contact them by phone on several occasions, but no one answered.

The order, intended for my elderly, housebound mother, was delivered anyway—without notice, and left outside in the rain. The delivery driver didn’t even knock. At no point did the company acknowledge my cancellation or respond to any of my attempts to communicate.

Customer service has been completely unresponsive and unacceptable. I am now chasing them for collection and a full refund, which should never have been necessary had they acted on my cancellation in the first place.

I would strongly caution others about ordering from this company if you expect timely delivery or even the most basic level of customer support.

If I could give less than a star, I was more happy. Horrible people that make business with the most fragile situations, shame on them. I suffer of night disphnea and I purchased a product because I am tired to use the oxygen bottles and after I tested the machine 2 nights, it didn't work, very cheap quality product, my expectations were very high. So I ask them to return my item and I had to do it at my expenses with international shipping to Poland. Afterwards they didn't care about the product and the item is still there, waiting for docs from them. Please don't buy anything from them. They care only about their business and they don't sell quality products also be aware of their policy of the return, for me it is a big scam company, I would stay away

I bought the breville barsita max a couple years ago, had to return after 8 months as the machine started leaking (ran through regular clean cycles with descaler). Had it replaced with the same product which also had the same issue after another year but was out of warranty by then.

Reached out to breville to see if anything could be resolved, was offered 20% off a future purchase.

Not particularly bad customer service as I can appreciate it was outside the warranty period but would not recommend buying from them as this happened twice with the same product and you’d expect a £500 machine to last longer than a year.

Scamming company.

Returned an item a day after I received it as it was not fit for purpose.

Claimed they never received it, sent numerous emails, messages on their Facebook page. Ended up blocking me on Facebook as I left a review stating that the had stole £600+ from me and got their product returned. Absolute scam of a company.

A scammy dropshipping store that sent the wrong product, took ages to get back to us to let us return it, and had terrible support.
I advise others not to buy from Brivelle.

Edit: My review was flagged for "defamatory content". So here's my proof for them being a dropshipping store: you can go on Aliexpress and find the exact same products, (at a cheaper price) and same photos, which is where many dropshippers get their products from. Brivelle also claim that they're based in the UK, and give the impression that everything is sent from there, but in reality, the package that I received was clearly from China.

They sold me used, wrong make oxygen generator.
They accepted return but wanted me to return at my expense. I have complained to Amazon pay. Then they agreed. Asked me to return it to Slovenia from uk. I asked if I can return it to uk address. NO. Return postage cost me £84. The parcel was refused on customs to Slovenia under prohibited goods rules.
Brivelle issued me with new now PREPAID labels to return to U.K. address!!! Wow, I’ve asked why on first place you refused me to do so? No answer.
Now they refuse to pay me my £84 for their postage to Slovenia because: THE RETURN WASNT COMPLETE.
How do you like that !?
They insisted on return to Slovenia, they issued me with their commercial invoice and return lables, they did not check EU rules and IM LIABLE of all their mistakes.
Guys! This company sucks. They are just two people who pretend to be THE BIGGEST company ( look at their presentation on their website) who advertise other companies products on their website. Their annual turnover is £10k . Chancers and scammers.

Great customer service and support easy returns and clear instructions

Made an order in 15th June, for a machine was expecting it as stated in the website by 21th June. However got it on 20nd but was left inside the garden. Thankfully no one stole it. Royalmail always does that,
The product is inperfect condition and asked for a PDF manual got that sent back after few hours by email.

Delivery was delayed, but got a quick update from Carla, customer support is great. I understand it is Fedex's fault but since i purchased from brivelle i had them solved the issue. Hope same issue won't happend in future

Got an oxygen machine, it works brilliantly, but delivery was a bit delayed was worried had to chase up customer service to urge it, when it finaly got here the packaging was fine and machine was in good condition, i wish they make a next day delivery option but overall happy with the product and the servicee

Recently bought a metal detector, it was quite an experience first ordering was easy but payment failed for few times than contact support and they assisted.

delivery was as expected but after receiving the product there was no instruction and send an email, it took a day to get a pdf instruction sent back by email. However the metal detecor worked great and will be using for summer this year.. Thank you

I hope someone reads this review and does not buy from Brivelle. I ordered a CPAP machine on 8th June for next day delivery as advertised, on 11th June. Rang them on 13th June to be told its on its way and it can be tracked via online website. I checked the tracking system which stated, Processing-2days, In transit-8 days, Local distribution centre-3 days, Out for Delivery-3 days and shockingly Delivery attempt-1 day. Can you believe that today is the 19th day after my order and I am currently still at Local distribution centre status. I raised a complaint with the afterpay company and then I immediately received a email from Brivelle asking me to cancel the complaint because the package would be with me within 48 hours. 8 days later, still no package. They claim to have the stock in this country but I bet it turns up with Chinese labelling. If I wanted to wait for 4 weeks for a CPAP machine to be shipped from China then I would have bought one myself for half the price.

Recently got my order, i couldnt know how to use the facial glowing device. First i could not contact by phone was out of working hours but got a callback next day morning.

Problem solved and all is good now, thank youu

I recently had an excellent experience with the delivery, i ordered a portable oxygen for my father and service was perfect. the representative i spoke with was knowledgeable and told us it would arrive on 17 june but arrived earlier.

The communication was clear and i am happy with the product, it does the expected work, this have saved my father alot of time, thank you will order some masks and tubes for the machine next time.
