Booked a service and MOT. Added extra info on issues needing attention as well. Courstesy car charge of £20 booking mentioned online. Email confirmation of booking cites charge is £30. Turn up. Nothing charged. Like last year. Either charge the right amount or take it off. Asked for two things to be looked at in addition to the service and mot. One was totally ignored. The other they couldn't find the fault, even though it is a visual fault on the centre screen... clearly didn't look hard enough. The service advisor came out with me to look and saw it when I switched the car on - exactly where I said it was in the issue request description I made. Said she would get back to me by the of the week. Yeah, right. Didn't hear back. Not even a call, or email to say, no nswer yet, but we haven't forgotten you. So, all in, a dire customer service experience from first touch to last touch. Then, an automated email asking for a rating on Trust Pilot. Wow. Never automate it like that. Check if the customer is happy first, then invite a review. So here I am. Unimpressed by Renault Milton Keynes.

Took my car in for its yearly service and used a courtesy car. Got a call to book the service and it was very helpful that I didn’t need to remember. Everything was easy and no issues. Had a call the day before to remind me of the booking which helps a lot.
Dropped the car off with the two lady’s at the service desk they were very polite and efficient and very friendly. They asked me about my day and made everything easy. The lady even went out in the rain to bring the courtesy car to me and again went out to bring my car back to me. All was a delight to deal with and everyone was professional and friendly and made sure that I was treated well. The whole team at Renault Milton Keynes are friendly professional and give great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Choosing a new car is always a challenge. You can do your research by reading the reviews on car magazine sites, and performing some comparisons. But once you have whittled it down to three or four cars it is time to speak to dealers and take some test drives. Brayley's Renault Milton Keynes, and Danny Merino in particular, were excellent. We took two test drives with no pressure and just honest answers to our many questions. There was also useful advice and tips for successfully obtaining the maximum benefit of all the technology.

Brayley's really made us feel like they cared. I am confident that we can contact Danny at any time with questions about the settings and technology, or even drop in. This is very reassuring.

Great service, staff were friendly and polite and seemed very knowledgeable. My car was ready well in advance of when I needed it back.

Arranged to wait while my car was serviced. Booked in at agreed time and was ready to collect within the time I was told it would be ready. Reception professional and friendly.

Generally we received a good service from Tony at Brayleys. We were kept informed of progress and the introduction to the car covered the right aspects of the vehicle. I drove off confidently in my first EV and first automatic.

4 star rather than 5 as they lost my personalised number plate certificate (they had insisted on being sent the original) and hadn't realised they had lost it until the very last minute. This resulted in a delay to me collecting the vehicle and I was surprised to not be given as much as a £10 key fob or a bunch of flowers by way of an apology.

Air bag warning light. Health and safety Issue one might think. Dacia Brayleys would not even look at it for 2 months!

'Brayley'ent service all round, from sales to servicing. Professional and friendly.

James and Ian were so helpful, even with me driving them mad asking lots of silly questions!
Couldn’t have asked for better service, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be going back in future.

Great service by Jason at Brayley's. We got our car 2 days before Christmas, after just 2 weeks from order, and can now enjoy it over Christmas and new year.

Dreadful customer service, loyalty counts for nothing. I’m done.

Refused to take recovery of my 2 year old Megane E-Tech after a breakdown in the North West, telling me they had no availability until late December (over a month for a slot just to receive and diagnose the car!) Consequently I am back at home in Milton Keynes with my car 200 miles away in a Renault garage having its traction motor replaced under warranty. Be aware if you buy a new car from these folks then they won’t be there to support you if (when) it needs repairing, so be ready for public transport. Absolute disgrace.

Receptionists are very warm and friendly.
But the process when communicating online needs improving.
Leaving messages online or voicemails do not result in anyone contacting you back.

Tony kept us informed with emails and calls and showed us around the car in detail. He was very helpful.

Very friendly and approachable. Did a good job with our service.

Update: Thank you for your response, but I'm unsure why it has taken communicating here to hear back from you when I haven't had a response since July. It shouldn't take 6 months to sort this out.

I am resorting to writing here as I have had no communication from their sales team for months in connection with an issue caused by them.

I completed a part-exchange of my Renault Zoe towards an R5 in April and was assured by their salesman Jason that all of the necessary paperwork had been complete in order to end the battery lease agreement with the old car and the completion of its sale.

Since then I have been hounded by Mobilize financial services who say the dealership didn't complete all of the necessary forms and have been stuck in limbo since as the finance company have been telling me the accruing amount is still in my name and it has been affecting my credit score and caused a considerable amount of stress.

I have repeatedly emailed their sales team, completed query forms on the website, my mum has gone into the showroom and spoken to the staff about it. It is absolutely ridiculous that this situation is still going on and it has put me off ever wanting to purchase from them again.

I know how difficult customer service work can be from previous employment and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt as much as possible, but this level of negligence has been dangerous in the damage it is causing and will likely cause me issues with my credit for years to come as it will likely stay on my record due to the "missed" payments.

I have just completed another form on their website, but their complaint form is broken so I could not contact them in that way. I hope that someone else from the showroom will see this and actually rectify the situation. But to anyone else wanting to trade in an older electric car with a battery lease, beware.

Bradley’s Renault Milton Keynes were excellent with selling me a new Renault Captur. Jason Wallace who handled the sale was very good explaining all the functions of the car and handling all the paperwork.
Would highly recommend this company.
