What a great team and we’re living g our new car.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly and a great deal

All went to time and even was a shorter wait than I expected

First time purchasing a car without any help and it was all exciting. Oliver was a great sales person at the Kia Dunstable branch! It seemed to be a straight forward sale. Car looked great it was an impulse buy and Oliver assisted all the way through out! On the day of my collection it came to my attention that the car wasn’t clean to a top standard still dirty some areas despite being clean polished inside out. I also noticed a deep scratch within the door panel as well a kerbed alloy. These weren’t highlighted at the time of the sale sadly. So was disappointed when I saw these! I’m aware of slight wear and tear but this wasn’t disclosed and I’d signed the paperwork. Oliver did say I could bring the car back and get it checked by the team Tuesday. I went today and the outcome well it’s more obvious now than it was before when the sun was beating down on it. Buffering did not clearly do the job which means it wasn’t a simple defect to begin with. I am awaiting an outcome it’s still early days and I’m aware of the consumer rights act. I’m hoping someone calls me before I go in again to take this further. I’ve explored my rights and it will be a shame to withdraw from the contract. Let’s see what happens.

Brayleys Cars, Sutton Coldfield have been amazing again, having just purchased our 4th Nissan car from them, the staff especially Gavin, are very attentive, they listen to what you require and go out of their way to help and support you in any purchase. The after sales is equally excellent. We would never buy from any other retailer.

They changed the front wipers. Apparently nothing else was needed for a while days service. No free complimentary clean at all.

My experience was extremely good which was a nice surprise as I've in the past 12 months had two bad experiences with another particular car dealer. Brayley Nissan Rochdale was very helpful and not at all pushy with the sale and as a woman shopping for a car the last thing I want is someone pushing me into a sale. Paul the sales man was informative and helpful and I have to say it was an enjoyable relaxed experience. The showroom has a nice easy atmosphere and so far I'm very happy with my purchase, I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Serviced and MOT’d my car in under 2 hours. Washed the car too. Danielle was very helpful as always

Great experience from dropping my car off to picking it up,on arrival I met by a lovely young lady(casey)who went through what was going to happen with my car. Really nice to have front of house staff who take time to inform you about the goings on. Definitely recommend to others.

I having been buying Honda’s for many years. I love the product but as important, was the way Crown Honda treated me as a valued customer. The gentleman that sold me my new car was really great. However, a few cuts that Brayleys have put in place, I found rather disappointing.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The check in procedures are seamless.
Although the repairs to my car couldn't be completed on the same say as my MOT and service, the staff (particularly Zoe) were extremely considerate and sourced a courtesy car for me.
I would recommend the garage from a customer care point of view.

Booked on line,1st. Available slot was 13.00 hrs ticked wait at dealership.However got a phone call to say can we bring forward to 11.15 ,so got up early bought to dealership to be told I will have to wait a long time even though I had ticked waiting I didn't expect to wait nearly 3hrs
