Brayleys Cars - Brayley Nissan Coventry Arvostelua 

Didn’t repair the car despite the faults being pointed out several times.
While I was there ANOTHER customer complained about repairs not being completed.
The car was supposed to be serviced however something as simple as checking the tyre pressure was not done and the dash highlighted the tyres were under inflated.
Braylees imply that the car is kit washed when serviced as most reputable dealers do on the basis of not using water however it doesn’t stop them washing the cars on the forecourt.
Suspect it was a penny pinching exercise

My experience with brayleys is always good. Their customer Service is always brilliant. Their staff are always pleasant and can't do enough for you. I had a minor issue with the phone connection between mobile and my car i asked one of the sales room team who helped me sort it out in seconds. The service was quick and efficient.

Nice clean spacious reception area. Drinks facility available whilst you wait. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Car was serviced and MOT completed in super quick time.

I was greeted in the car park and told where to park and what to do by a very friendly young man. The Emma a service reception was very helpful. And while I was waiting Stephan Burns sold me a new car!

They were very pleasant and helpful. We made a good deal. They are very honest.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and found the car I wanted after the first car had sold ten minutes before
So not to be put off he found me the car I wanted plus more ,he is a great ambassador for your company and I truly hope he does well in future , l wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again

Emily went out of her way to ensure vehicle was at the garage (moved from compound)for me to collect on the Saturday morning as with family/work commitments it was the only day available for me.car was beautifully presented, Emily was fantastic explaining the car functions ,my part exchange was a great offer.overall a stress less and pleasant experience.
