Brayleys Cars - Brayley Kia Enfield Arvostelua 

I recently supported my dad in getting his new car through the Motability scheme at KIA, and I want to highlight the fantastic service we received from our Customer Sales Advisor, Geni Moretto. From the first appointment to the collection day, Geni was professional, kind and consistently supportive.
She explained the Motability process clearly to my dad, helped him choose the right vehicle, and treated him, my brother and me with complete respect throughout. She made sure my dad felt comfortable and fully informed, while also including us in every step so we could assist him properly. Her communication was excellent — whether by email or over the phone, she always kept us updated and made everything easy to understand.
On collection day, Geni took her time walking my dad through the car’s features and ensured he felt confident before leaving. The handover was smooth, organised and stress free, reflecting the care she put in from start to finish.
Geni’s professionalism, patience and genuine kindness truly set her apart. She made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward for my dad, and we are genuinely grateful for her support. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting KIA, especially those using the Motability scheme.

I genuinely cannot believe the experience we have had with Juhel Ahmed at Brayleys Kia Enfield. Eight months of being messed around, repeatedly misled and forced to chase promises that should have been honoured from day one.

If you’re considering buying a car here, please reconsider and read this first.

1. Eight months of excuses about the service history

We purchased the car in February 2026, advertised with a full service history.

The service book was missing, and for EIGHT MONTHS Juhel dodged our calls and texts. When we could finally get a hold of him, he repeatedly told us it would be posted. It never was. He first claimed he had posted it, and then retracted it and said it’s still at the dealership.

We eventually had to make a two-hour journey to the dealership in October just to collect paperwork we should have received when purchasing the car (and the paperwork that was finally given was incorrect and possibly fraudulent!)

2. TWO completely different service histories for the SAME car

This is by far the most concerning part.

After finally receiving the service book, we discovered that it was completely different from the photographs of the service history Brayleys had previously sent us.

Different garages. Different service dates. Different mileages.

Even more alarmingly, the newly provided service book records mileages that are LOWER by 10s of thousands of miles than those recorded at earlier official MOT tests.

Every entry across several years also appears to have been written in the same handwriting and stamped by Brayleys, despite the earlier photographs identifying other garages.

How can a car have two completely different service histories?

When confronted with these discrepancies, Juhel simply told us he needed to check with the service team and would get back to us. After eight months of broken promises, we have absolutely no confidence in another assurance.

We have now escalated the matter formally to Kia UK and dealership management.

3. Promised extras that never materialised

We were promised a full tank of fuel and car mats when purchasing the car. We received neither.

After EIGHT MONTHS of chasing, we were finally handed dirty, damaged, SECOND-HAND car mats from another Kia vehicle.

Juhel’s explanation? Apparently, he had ordered new ones, but somebody else had taken them. Another explanation we found impossible to trust after everything else.

The promised full tank of fuel was never provided.

4. Not a single meaningful apology

What makes this entire experience worse is Juhel’s attitude.

No accountability. No meaningful apology. No acknowledgement of the months of chasing, wasted time, repeated broken promises or unnecessary journeys.

We have had to fight for absolutely everything that was promised to us.

The experience has been utterly disgraceful.

We trusted Brayleys Kia as an established dealership and expected honesty, transparency and basic professionalism. Instead, we have been left questioning not only the promises made during the sale, but the accuracy of the vehicle’s service history itself.

My advice: DO NOT use them and if you absolutely have to use them, DO NOT rely on verbal promises from this dealership. Get absolutely everything in writing, independently verify everything they say and do not agree to anything without receiving everything promised upfront.

I would never purchase another vehicle from Brayleys Kia Enfield or recommend dealing with Juhel Ahmed.

Eight months of excuses, misleading assurances and appalling aftercare. Completely unacceptable.

Great experience at Kia. Liv was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The only downside was having to wait a couple of months for an appointment as they were fully booked, but I completely understand why people are willing to wait for such exceptional service. Highly recommended!

This was my first year service, waiting about an hour option. The reception was very efficient, the show room was clean, I were offered coffee/water while waiting and my car was ready within the hour.

I do my car service long time about 10 times I have done my car service there before they wash my car when I give them for service now they don’t wash my car!! Day by day they going worst customer service !!

My dealer Juhel was exceptional and very pleasant to work with anything I need he sorted it out made everything a smooth process very lovely person I would recommend him 10 time out of 10

If I could give this review minus points, I would. Over 3 abortive visits, I found the staff at Brayley's Enfield Kia dealership to be inefficient and unfriendly, and one of their salespeople (Juhel) to be rude and abusive. I have written to the manager with detailed complaints.

The staffs were very helpful, when I arrived one staff member park my car for me as the car park was full, and told me to go into the reception and will come in and make me a drink, which she did. When I return to collect my car she took me to my car and brought it to the exit area for me hence the reason I gave full stars.

I was attended to promptly and politely. My car was available in good time, and I was kept fully informed.
The Service receptionist (Kaylee) was extremely helpful and drove my car out for me, as I am a nervous driver!

I don’t understand why the car had to be there before 10 when it didn’t get any attention until nearly 16.00? I really needed to speak to the technical people as I still have some of the display problems that I had asked them to resolve. That doesn’t seem to be possible and as I could only collect the car after 17.00 there isn’t time to check and resolve issues. Why did they switch the auto lights off?

Very happy with our experience with Brayley Kia Enfield. Our salesman Ahmed was the best car salesman we have every had. He was so kind and patient. Pleased with our new car.
