Absolutely fantastic experience with the engaging, thoughtful and fun staff at Brayleys Kia Dunstable. I personally had the pleasure of being helped by Herman D'souza. Thank you for making this such a great experience for our family.

Just bought my 4th Kia from Brayley. Dunstable and as usual, a simple and pleasant experience. Salesman Peter was our contact throughout the purchase, answering all the usual customer questions while being very amiable and not "pushy" at all. Would definitely recommend Brayley, so much better than previous main dealers that I have bought from.

Georgina at the Kia Dunstable was so amazingly helpful, personable and efficient. Couldn't asked for a better service to be honest, from the short time it took to get all of the MOT, service etc done to the customer service. Outstanding.

The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Thank you for looking after us.

What a first time experience of purchasing a car on my own!! From start to finish everything was spot on with the smallest detail to the final purchase of the car! This is my second Kia and the service I’ve experienced from this particular garage: Houghton Regis garage was beyond par! Everyone is polite and they go above and beyond to assist you with the vehicle you want!! Even if you experience something that’s not quite right the manager Jake goes the extra mile and takes the job on personally! Can’t fault the garage excellent leadership! And good selection of cars on forecourt to choose from! Thank-you for assisting me with my purchase! Look forward to doing business with this garage in the future!

I recently had my Cee'd in for a service and MOT, and the team were great from start to finish. Booking was easy, communication was clear, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Impressed with the level of care and honesty, good value and great service. Highly recommended!

Great company . I always get my MOT and service done by Kia Dunstable. Really friendly and helpful staff from drop off to pick up. They are efficient , friendly and keep you informed as to the progress of the work.
When they do the MOT they check for any other issues minor or major that may need looking at in the future.
I thoroughly recommend them

Fantastic service. Staff is so friendly very professional service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. When I could not access the service video Jordan stepped in and made it possible. That is at least the second time he has rescued me from chaos.

Oliver was helpful, kind and efficient. He was a pleasure to deal with. He has a lovely manner about him - no pushy sales man just someone you felt you could trust. He explained every aspect of leasing a brand new Kia to us. He was very patient. When I came to pick up the car he kindly took time to show me how everything worked before I drove away. A very good service. Thank you Oliver

Knowledge, friendliness , punctuality, all round satisfaction . Thank you Oliver for the excellent service, i shall be back

Recently bought a new Kia Xceed from Brayleys Cars Dunstable. The process was seemless from start to finish - review of the car, test drive, trade in of my old car and finally the hand over of the new car. Many thanks to Jake and Peter whoensured that the process went smoothly.
