Brayleys Cars - Brayley KIA Dunstable Arvostelua

A huge thanks to Herman who simplified the process of buying my car. He was knowledgeable, honest and didn’t push any hard sales for extras. Great customer service. I highly recommend Brayleys if you’re thinking of a Kia as your next car.

Good customer service, and good all round experience.

Outstanding service from Syed Khan when purchasing my new car. He was very informative, professional & went the extra mile. He ensured that I was informed about extras & he went through everything in & outside the car intensively. I don't recall getting that type of service with any other car I've bought. I highly recommend him - thank you!

Jake was brilliant too & ensured that the sale was effortless. I can't fault this dealership. They are outstanding!

Having originally turned up, without an appointment, we were warmly welcomed by Syed. Explaining my excellent dealings with Kia, and the type of vehicle I required he immediately lined a variety of used cars that met my requirements. One car stood out, above the others, with details of all vehicles, we discussed the merits at home , and returned the next day and signed the deal on a beautiful KIA Sportage. I would certainly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Excellent customer service Peter was great was looking to buy a new car he talked us through all the options and we settled on the picanto he said it would be here in a month gave us very good price trading in my old car kept us informed through the month as to progress of the car’s arrival and car was delivered within the month went to pick it up and again Peter was great showed us all the controls and explained how everything worked I have not had such good service when buying a car and would use them again and recommend Brayleys houghton Regis to anyone the car is great to comes with a seven year warranty which I don’t think other companies offer all in all a very happy customer thank you Brayleys

Herman was so very helpful. He made the whole experience of buying a car feel easy.
Would highly recommend Brayley's.
Very professional.

Thanks to Peter D for his time and knowledge in helping us find the right car for us. Would recommend this dealership, great customer service.

Great customer service as always. Updated of any work that needed to be completed and let me know when car was ready for collection.

From the start to the finish, the recall process went extremely smoothly.
The booking of the service was efficient, friendly and professionally done.
The text reminders were not excessive but just the right level.
The welcome at the garage was very pleasant. The timescale given for the service was accurate.
An air conditioner environment with complementary soft and hot drinks made the waiting a pleasant experience.

Right from the start booking an appointment through to collecting my car met with friendly helpful staff. Thank you to you all

Oliver was great from the start. Ordering the car was so easy and he made us feel very welcome and kept us up to date every month on the progress of the car.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of smiling faces and knowledgeable helpful people.

Over the years we have purchassed 10 cars, before it was Brayleys it was Grovebury cars.
We have known a number of the team at the Dunstable site for 18 years.
George and Peter looked after us on our latest purchase.
The handover was not rushed, the car and it's controls were explained in detail.
We would highly reccomend Dunstable as the place to buy your next Kia car.

Helpful friendly service, really listened to what I was looking for and I was never rushed to make a decision.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful but on this occasion, have so far failed to rectify a communication problem with a recently purchased, albeit 2nd owner, EV.
Hopefully they will be more successful on the next visit.
Have been to them a number of times with a previously owned Kia Hybrid and always received good service. They are part of the reason to purchase another Kia car.

We recently purchased a Kia from Brayleys in Dunstable and we found the whole experience great. Specially like to thank Peter Deans who was so helpful from the very beginning. Made the whole process top notch without ever being ‘pushy’ like some car salespeople are. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently bought a used Kia Rio from this Kia dealership and had a great experience overall. Syed was excellent throughout the whole process – friendly, professional, and made everything as easy and stress-free as possible.

Unfortunately, there was an accident where my car was damaged while it was in their care. However, I really appreciate how the dealership handled the situation. They took full responsibility, repaired the car to a high standard, and kept me informed throughout. While it wasn’t an ideal situation, it’s how a business responds when something goes wrong that really matters, and they dealt with it professionally.

Thank you to Syed and the team for their honesty, support, and customer service. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Customer service is excellent and staff are always very helpful and polite

A revisit 2 weeks after diagnosis and part ordered. Dropped car in at 8am. Engineer took car in at 10.30 and returned it at 10.55 Fixed.
Disappointed that my car was not prioritised as a returned to fix...
