Great service

the service from the sales team was good from the start till the hand over i got the new car

treated like shit by brayley honda ewell after being honda customer for over 15 years

On time, good communication, no unnecessary work done without authorisation. Car works afterwards, MoT filed quickly

I bought a 2015 Jazz from here in August.
It is a big company and their website says all their used cars have 'main dealer preparation' and 'customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do.' So I was not as vigilant as I should have been!
The salesman was, at best incompetent. When I drove the car the fuel gauge was on empty and it had to be jump started. I should have walked away then. I didn't, I did one of the most stupid things of my life, and bought it.
When I got it home I discovered it didn't have an owners manual or service history. I was told they were at another branch and they would chase them up. I have not received either of them.
I looked under the bonnet and found the bonnet support clip was missing, the screenwash bottle had no cap. I dipped the oil and found there was too much in the engine.
The next time I drove the car I noticed the drivers seat belt warning light didn't go out and the front brakes were noisy. The firtst time I took the car on the motorway a peice of trim fell off!
Brayleys have since grudgingly replaced the clip, screenwash cap, trim and part of the seatbelt, though the light still doesn't go out as it should. I have spent about seven hours driving to and from the dealers and hanging around whilst these things were fixed.
The excess oil I had corrected by my local garage also the front brake pads and discs replaced, Brayleys couldn't find anything wrong with them but the noise has now stopped.
I was naive and gullible and got ripped off.
If you're looking for a used Honda, do yourself a favour and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Been using the Leatherhead garage for many years. The staff are always so polite and efficient and ai never have any complaints about the servicing. Shout out to Orla and Tina for their friendliness

Brayley MOT's and services my 15 yr. old CRV each year and it then requires little or nothing more in providing availability and reliability for the next year.
I consider this appropriate testament to Honda quality and back up to their customers.
Only criticism, Brayley no longer offer me collection and deliver at my postcode.

We use brayley Honda regularly and they always have a fantastic customer service.
The service department are always friendly and helpful. Top Honda dealer.

I have been using Brayley Cars to service and MOT my Honda for several years. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, and the mechanics carry out the work to a high standard. The car is always left in excellent condition. Thank you.

Late notice booking due to breakdown handled professionally and courteously by Tina. Repair completed far in advance of expected timeline.

Great service as usual. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my Honda service.

Car was collected and returned on time and the staff were very polite and the paperwork was all in order.

Excellent booking service and in house service from dropping off to picking up. Regular updates by phone on the progress of the work.
Orla and Tina are friendly and helpful.

Excellent service provided! Car picked up on time and returned washed and cleaned!

We were kept informed about what was required and were not pressurised to accept extra work.

We will definatly use them in the future.

I went to Bradley Honda Leatherhead yesterday for changing some parts given I received a letter for recall.

I arrived at 8am as I was told it would be very busy if I arrive later in the morning or afternoon.

I was well received by the staff and I got call from them at around 1pm where everything was fixed and the car was washed a vacuumed!

5 stars services! Thank you!

Always helpful and informative. My car was serviced and MOT'd, cleaned and ready for me so quickly. Excellent service all round as always

The two ladies t Honda Leatherthead are always a delight to deal with. They are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

Dealing with Glenn was a pleasure. It is so nice these days to experience great face to face service. He was also always easily available on the phone when needed. Would definitely recommend Brayleys and Honda in general.
