Ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung nur Positives berichten.

Ich habe mir letztes Jahr auf Ibiza eine Tasche für 3.900 € gekauft. Vor etwa zwei Monaten ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Innenfutter der Außentasche aufgrund eines Material- bzw. Verarbeitungsfehlers nicht richtig vernäht war.

Daraufhin habe ich den Kundenservice per E-Mail kontaktiert. Dort wurde ich gebeten, die Tasche in einem Store zur Begutachtung abzugeben. Ich habe sie anschließend im Store in Düsseldorf abgegeben. Man teilte mir mit, dass die Bearbeitung bis zu 12 Wochen dauern könne.

Heute konnte ich die Tasche bereits wieder abholen. Der gesamte Vorgang hat lediglich vier Wochen gedauert. Es wurde anstandslos als Garantiefall anerkannt und die Reparatur war für mich selbstverständlich kostenlos.

Mir wurde ein leeres Paket geschickt, in dem nur Packmaterial und eine grüne Tüte enthalten war, aber nicht das bestellte Produkt. Unglaublich für solch ein Unternehmen! Ich kann daher nur dringends abraten bei Bottega Veneta zu bestellen!

The delivery experience completely ruined it for me. When you buy from a luxury brand, you expect not only quality and design, but also a smooth customer experience and convenience. Instead, it felt like I had to work around their delivery process for their convenience, not mine.
There was very little flexibility or customer-oriented support regarding the delivery, which is frustrating considering the prices customers pay. Luxury should include reliable service and communication, not added stress trying to receive an order.
The craftsmanship and aesthetic are great, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend ordering for delivery.

Har købt et bælte fra Bottega Veneta. Jeg prøvede et bælte og så fik jeg et andet fra lageret, som jeg ikke så i detaljer. Da jeg kom hjem opdagede jeg, at der var en fejl i det bæltet, som de havde udleveret. Ved kontakt til Bottega Veneta mener de, at jeg selv har ødelagt bæltet og skal selv betale for reparation (90Euro). Altså 1/4 af prisen for bæltet, som jeg lige har købt og betalt.

Atrocious quality and even worse customer service. Do not waste your money, there is nothing high quality about these products. Leather Wallet fell apart after 6 months, I contacted customer service who offered to charge me £90 to access and maybe repair it. I disputed this and they said the wallet had been subject to normal wear and tear. The glue holding the wallet together had completely disappeared leaving the wallet unusable.

“il portafoglio risulta infatti usurato e non sono stati riscontrati difetti di produzione; le condizioni rilevate sono riconducibili a normale usura dovuta all’utilizzo” - per il servizio clienti, secondo gli standard aziendali sulla qualità, praticamente significa che il portafoglio una volta comprato non dovrebbe essere mai usato perché usando quotidianamente si rompe ed è normale.

Acquistata borsa Andiamo il 1 novembre 2025, usata per la prima volta dopo un mese, al terzo utilizzo riscontro che il bordo risulta scucito o difettato, chiamo il servizio clienti che mi invita a portare la borsa presso un loro punto vendita (abito a Brescia e le città più vicine sono Milano e Venezia) non specificando che potrebbero ritirarla loro dal mio domicilio. Verso metà dicembre, in occasione di una mia gita a Venezia, porto la borsa nel punto vendita il commesso la prende in carico e mi dice che verrà inviata al laboratorio così da fare una valutazione. Nel frattempo mando una mail al servizio clienti segnalando la questione e richiedendo o la riparazione o la sostituzione o il totale rimborso. Dopo svariati solleciti a fine gennaio ricevo la risposta: la borsa non può essere sostituita o rimborsata non ha difetti sono stata io a danneggiarla e per rimediare devo pagare 270,00 €!!! Faccio presente che è una borsa costata piu di 3500€, utilizzata 3 volte con tutte le attenzioni del caso, la legge stessa a tutela del consumatore prevede una garanzia di un anno dalla data di acquisto per qualsiasi difetto.
Sono veramente DISGUSTATA del trattamento, mia sorella ha avuto un'esperienza simile con Gucci, la borsa è stata ritirata dal suo domicilio e sostituita!
Ritengo l'azienda totalmente poco seria, avrebbero potuto rimediare con un intervento per loro di pochissimo costo, salvando l'immagine e soprattutto riservando un trattamento post vendita adeguato.
PRIMA ESPERIENZA E ULTIMA. Le varie reviews sono una conferma della scarsa qualità dei prodotti.

I am extremely disappointed with Bottega Veneta. I bought a bag and bracelets, paying a lot of money for what I thought was luxury quality. But the colour on all my items is already fading and peeling after very little use. This is completely unacceptable for such expensive products. The quality does not match the price at all. I will never buy Bottega Veneta again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their money.

Products are highly quality and im happy about my purchase. The only problem is the staff and customer experience in the store.

Their customer service is truly atrocious. How is this label considered one of the best? I tried to purchase a belt from the store in Lisbon, Portugal as a Christmas gift and the experience felt like I was dealing with a government department more than a high end luxury brand. Totally disinterested staff and no follow up to my queries on its availability. My queries were entirely reasonable as well. I felt like I was begging them to take my money. Screw that.

What a terrible customer service — I’m so disappointed. It took over three (!) months to have the zipper on my bag repaired. No one could tell me how long it would take, and every question I asked was met with the same answer: “we don’t know.” Such a high-end brand, yet such poor service. Unbelievable. On top of that, the bag has been wearing badly at the corners — and that within just two years. Apparently, they “couldn’t do anything about that”…

I ordered a purse via their online website and paid $35 for overnight shipping. Unfortunately, I received a completely different bag. Given that I had issues with wrong products in the past, I always record myself opening expensive purchases so I can always use it as evidence in case there is a problem. I took videos of myself opening the bag, finding the wrong product, and then packing it and sending it back, even photos of the FedEx drop-off confirmation. I talked to their customer support over the phone regarding this problem and then, according to their advice, I sent it back the same hour I received it. Three months later, there is no refund or exchange. You cannot call yourself a luxury company if you cannot quality check prior to shipping out goods that are worth thousands of dollars and take months to complete the exchange or refund. I would not recommend the customer service at Bottega Veneta and will no longer be shopping at this brand.

3.900 € für eine Tasche bezahlt. Meiner Frau hat sie nicht gefallen. Zurück gesendet aber keine Gutschrift erhalten. Das Paket ist angekommen. Aber keine Tasche in dem Paket. Service war per Mail nicht erreichbar. 9 Tage später eine Mail bekommen, dass der Fehler bei mir liegt. Habe den Fall jetzt bei der Mastercard gemeldet.... 3.900€ sind bis jetzt weg. Nie wieder dort bestellen !!!!

I bought a pair of sunglasses from Bottega Veneta. The sunglasses case was made of such poor quality material that it warped, peeled, and started to come apart. I told them that such a poor quality case was unbecoming of such an expensive brand and that I was embarrassed to take it out of my bag. I wrote to them to make up for it and replace it with a new case. This expensive brand responded with an email that was completely unbecoming of them. They said they couldn't replace it and that I would have to buy a new case from their website. This is truly embarrassing; I'm embarrassed for this brand.

Terrible !!! My bag leather peeled by itself cause of their own quality , ı went to store for repair or exchange , they refused exchange also they wanna charge me for the repair service !!after şt came from repair they didn’t do anything it is at same peeled condition. İt is a really shame for this brand name , ı had never such a terrible service in other luxury brands, ı will never ever touch or buy again from Bottega!! İ highly recommend please stay away from this brand and don’t waste your money !

Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. Two pieces are damaged and need repair. Both are quality related issues. At first they didnt even want to accept my repair and then after they want to charge me €60 to glue my boots down? The other repair cant even be fixed because they dont have the parts anymore to fix the item.. While the item is still being sold online? Never ever buying from them again. What a waste of money.
