Ho acquistato un occhiale da sole bottega veneta e dopo averlo indossato L occhiale si e rovinato ..ho contattato il servizio cliente che mi chiedeva foto
Numeri serie del occhiale scontrino che non ho ma non è sufficiente... ma lei L ho ha indossato !!!!!mica me lo tengo in scatola e poi mi anno comunicato un ottico in città !!!!L ottico era d accordo che L occhiale era da cambiare perché rovinato ma picche da parte del Kevin !!una azienda anzi direi una trappola per cliente visto che non risolvete i vostri casini mi trovo un occhiale da buttare !!!

My wife bought a bag in The Mall outside Florence last year. After a while it started to be worn in the leather. Contacted the store at the mall, and they sent a curier to fetch the bag and sent it from Denmark to Italy to get fixed. After a month the bag was delivered at our address and it was fixed and in perfect condition. Thanks to Valentina for her nice handling of this issue.

Low quality to pay $1,400.00 the first time used and all the scratches are stained. I call them to be replaced, exchanged or refunded and they refused because was used one time. I really don’t understand how to qualify a product without using it!

I love, LOVE shopping at Bottega.. every item is so well crafted and the quality is just out of this world.. Bottega Veneta having this many bad reviews is honestly unbelievable. The customer service is always helpful, the shipping is fast and the quality is the main reason why I always return to their site!

Un luogo dove vige una discriminazione di qualsiasi tipo non è un luogo frequentabile. Le aziende hanno la possibilità di rendersi conto di essere parte della vita sociale e che certe scelte hanno conseguenze.
