Eh..

I love the prices. They're so good! Beats Amazon by far. But the timing of shipping could be better. I waited way too long.

Pricing

I love this website because the prices of textbooks just keep going up and it can make a student feel discouraged about taking classes but bookrenter made it possible to get the textbooks needed at a great price!

Great experience again!

Great prices - cheaper than Amazon this time - free shipping but I wish the shipping time was a little faster though. If Amazon has the same item for the same price or very close to the same price I'll choose Amazon Prime for the 2 day shipping!

Overcharged and refuse to refund

I purchased expedited 2-day shipping and it was sent regularly (received it an entire week later). When I contacted the customer service to request a refund they refused giving a million and one bogus excuses as to why the book came so late. When I told them their customer service was awful/wouldn't be back I was told "my opinion is respected". UNREAL. BEWARE!

I like.

This was my first time ever renting a book. It was reasonable, in good condition and received it quick. I will be going this route again.
