We appreciate your feedback regarding Modules 4 and 5 and the Advanced Modules. As the course progresses, the content naturally becomes more challenging as students begin applying concepts in greater depth and developing more advanced skills. The Advanced Modules are designed as additional support resources for students who would like more guided learning in specific areas. While software learning can be a valuable addition, it remains an optional part of the learning journey, with the core focus of the course being on building strong interior design knowledge and principles that can be applied across different tools and approaches.

We understand that sometimes you may be hoping for a quicker reply, and we always do our best to respond as promptly as possible. Our tutors do, however, work within a 24-hour response timeframe as they may also be supporting other students and managing their own projects.

We also truly appreciate you sharing the parts that have felt unclear or challenging. Software can definitely feel overwhelming at the beginning, especially when there are so many options out there and everyone seems to recommend something different. It’s great that you found Rayon and are continuing to work through it at your own pace. Many students feel exactly the same way in the beginning, and confidence with software really does build gradually over time.

Thank you as well for mentioning the module structure and order. That feedback is helpful for us, and we understand how frustrating it can feel when parts of the learning journey don’t feel fully clear yet.

Regarding your question about plans and working with third-party trades like electricians, plumbers, or carpenters, the course is designed to give you a strong foundation in creating and understanding design plans and concepts. In real professional settings, technical drawings and construction documents can sometimes require additional experience, local building knowledge, or licensed professionals depending on the project and location. So while the course absolutely helps build those skills and confidence, it’s completely understandable to still feel unsure at this stage. That feeling is very normal while learning.

We really appreciate your openness, and we’re so glad overall that you’re loving the course and feeling happy with your decision to study with us. It’s exciting to hear that you may continue into more advanced courses in the future, too.

We completely agree that having more video content alongside each module would be valuable, and it’s something we’re actively working on. We already offer a selection of videos, and we’re continuing to expand this library over time.

In the meantime, we also offer additional video-based learning through our MASTERSERIES with Darren Palmer, as well as regular live workshops covering a wide range of topics.
