BookRenter Arvostelua

This is great. I have experienced it personally and I really enjoyed it . 💯 Recommend.

I appreciate BookRenter's reliable service. Even when my orders are last minute, books always arrived on time.

My brother had a great experience with the bookrenter when he recently used them for his college textbooks. They provided effective and convenient cost. Finding the required textbook was very easy.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to reach someone and still no answer to my emails or any help with the wrong item being sent. There is no phone number that works to get a person and emails go unanswered.

Book renter is easy to use with great service!

This was my first time ever renting a book. It was reasonable, in good condition and received it quick. I will be going this route again.

Great service and quick shipping. Having the ability to rent versus buy is just great and saves money !!

I had a pretty good experience with these professional team. It's a must to use their service if you want to be successful during your college time

So much impressed by BookRenter. It is so much well-thought to provide a classy service for the clients. Recommend using it to all book-lovers!

I was able to rent this book rather easily.

The process was painless, relatively. Saved us lots of money since daughter was not intending on keeping books and new/used were quite pricey. Came quickly so she had them in time. BUT not sure if it was her college terms or what but they did not allow us to have for whole term; she still had 3 weeks in terms including finals and we would of had to extend for extra price. Speaking of.. when we did attempt to extend it would just give us an error. We decided just to return because she said she could go online if necessary for info this late in term. But other than that I would recommend just be wary of dates etc.

Needed a book that I didn't need to own. Fast shipping. Great condition. Long rental for a great price. Free return and easy instructions. Quick to email to confirm they received the book back. Definitely recommended.

flag your emails as important or they will go to spam and i won't see it for weeks and end up paying $100 more than planned.

Great service and shipping.

I had used BookRenter for quite some time without any issues until last semester. I rented a book that came with some marks/highlights and some water stains on the pages. It wasn't a significant issue to me and I was still able to use the book and read the pages, so I didn't think anything of it. I incorrectly assumed this would be a non-issue and that they'd already have documented the damage from the previous user. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I used the book, returned it in time, then was immediately charged more than $200 for damaging the book. When I contacted Customer Service to let them know that I definitely did not damage the book, they informed me that I was the very first to rent it. They told me the book was brand new when it was sent to me. I was livid and asked to speak with the manager. They said there was nothing they could do because I didn't report it within 21 days. I was never transferred to a manager, but instead they said they'd call me back later. They never did call me back (shocking!). They did, however, refund my money. I do not plan to do business with them again.

I'd encourage you to read the Customer Reviews on the BBB.org website before you rent.
