The driver was very unhelpful he turnt up days early on a match day with 100 people seating in the garden and put no barriers in place my customers lifted gas out for him as he was taking so long and it was a health and safety issue he was rude

Turned around a challenging situation
Truly useless customer service Initially, set up account, they need a certificate from me which I have emailed to about 5 different address as advised by Customer Svs. All bounce back no longer in use. Can't place an order for Gas online as the location I collect from is not listed on their collection list. (They are the local BOC distributor) You can never speak to anyone by phone with a brain. Online live chat doesn't work, and not an email address in sight to resolve even the most minor of issues. Spent 2 hours on hold only to get cut off. Truly useless.
**** Update after support reached out - they have been through some changes in the Specialty Gases, a very kind lady reached out, took responsibility for the query resolved everything. So fair play Absolutely nailed the follow up, thank you

Good personal service but a nightmare on the phone
Picking up gas is very straightforward and simple. The staff are invariably helpful.
However, as a low user I periodically receive a free bottle of acetylene and until recently the free bottle was automatically credited to my account. Now, I have to contact customer service (itself a nightmare) and prove that I received a voucher which was hidden in an old email. I wasted 2 hours, phoning twice because the first advisor failed to follow through on his promise of credit.

Absolutely shocking delivery service
Absolutely shocking delivery service. We’ve used this company for 2 years without a single issue, but this experience has been an absolute joke.
Our delivery has now been attempted 3 times, and on each occasion, the driver refused to use the stairs to complete the delivery. They expected our lone member of staff to leave an open bar unattended to assist them.
The driver wouldn’t even take the time to check whether the stairs were safe to use. We have CCTV footage proving this.
Now we’re being told the order was refused and needs to be re-raised. We pay for a delivery service, not for our staff to do the driver’s job.
We got to the point of needing gas as soon as possible so on the 3rd delivery attempt i asked my member of staff to please ask him to leave some of the delivery behind the bar WHICH HE LEFT LAID DOWN IN A PUBLIC DOORWAY to an open public house. DISGRACEFUL.
Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.

Usual reply to ALL negative reviews. It is pretty boring, maybe switch it up a bit and type a new reply once in a while.
As stated emails and phone calls have already been done. yet NOTHING has changed.
