Ordering mixed (Ind+Special) gases NOT a good idea
Ordering 1x Industrial gas, 1x Special gas, the Industrial product arrived next day (no actual rush needed) whereas the Special gas, for which there is an urgent need, still shows as "awaiting scheduling". So, the text service is fab, the drivers polite and courteous and on time, but missing one vital ingredient!

HMRC regulation breach
I only ever needed to purchase 1 item from this company and didn’t want to set up a customer account. Guest checked out which has now led to them refusing point blank to issue me a VAT invoice for my purchase which is against HMRC regulations but this doesn’t seem to bother them.
