Scam. it is very difficult to file claims within 24 hours when flights delayed waiting for bags on carrousels talking to lost baggage staff at airport. A complete waste of time service DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Le service le plus médiocre que j’ai connus. Je vous déconseille fortement. Ils arrivent même pas à tracer correctement vos bagages . Mon bagage est resté dans mon pays de départ et il me rapporte que mon bagage m’a suivis dans mon pays de destination.

They followed up and tried they're best to get my luggage unfortunately it was not found. They made sure I was kept in the know and tried their best to ease my stress. Qatar Airlines refused to be helpful in finding my luggage unfortunately 13 days later the bag is still not found.

Total waste company big scammers u need to report within 24 hours but this website is not even searchable within 24hrs proper fake company in trip.com they never even in mentioned website and timeline of 24hrs, it was clearly mentioned if u dont receive bag in 96hrs we will pay money back but changed policy in website saying within 24hrs. I wasted money and lost bag.

Constant updates that made all the difference
I had an excellent experience with Blue Ribbon Bags. I was traveling as the escort of a group when 16 pieces of luggage did not arrive at our destination in Milan. In such a stressful situation, their tracking service was outstanding.
Blue Ribbon Bags provided updates every six hours with clear information about the location of the luggage. This constant communication allowed me to keep my group informed and reassured, which made a huge difference during a very uncomfortable experience.

Svårt med ansökan och allmänt besviken
Först så har jag försökt i FLERA TIMMAR att lämna in en rapport om förlorat bagage. Det gick inte att, via internet göra det, så jag försökte ringa. De sa att ett sms skulle komma med en länk. Fortfarande efter flera samtal, så har inget sms med länk kommit. Efter flera timmar har jag äntligen lyckats lämna in en rapport i mitt namn. Det gick VÄLDIGT LÄTT att betala för denna extra försäkring. Vi får väl se hur det blir med ersättning, men tyvärr har jag inga bra förhoppningar. Jag råder inga personer att ta denna extra försäkring, även om den är billig. Får vi / jag ingen ersättning så blir det bara en stjärna, då man inte kan ge lägre. Får jag ersättning
så ger jag ett högre betyg. Vi får väl se.
