BLK BOX Arvostelua

Great service from BLK BOX, it came when expected. Great quality dumbbells

100% with these guys
Shop to door service unreal
And the best in the business and the team is unreal to work for all home gyms and business gyms

Purchased 12.5kg and 15kg singles during sale. Approximately 60.00 spent. Very happy with them so far. They seem sturdy and good quality. I didn't like that they had a thin oily coating applied

Overall BLK Box kit is really well made and looks great in the gym.
I have their bumper plate benches, two tier kettlebell rack and utility rail.
Where BLK Box dropped the ball in my experience is packing and practicality.
Almost every piece arrived scratched and in some cases dented due to very poor packing for shipping. In their defense they graciously offered me a discount on future orders as recompense.
I have their Landmine attachment for the utility rail as I wanted one that looked professional not just the usual drop in type. Unfortunately, it lacks a securing bolt so with inexperienced clients the bar pops out - now put a bunjee cord on for safety - mars the professional look of my gym.
I would buy again from BLK Box but look more closely at the practicality of the equipment and hope they packaged it more thoroughly than in my experience.

Good quality items and speedy delivery.

I really like the equipment that I ordered and it fits perfectly in the small space that I have. The instructions online were easy enough to follow to assemble.
There was very limited information about delivery etc. I had to phone customer service a couple of times, customer service could be better.

Great service good quality

Good quality products delivered in good time, thank you!

Speedy delivery of quality fitness equipment is a double win.

Great kit - really solid and straightforward to build, although I’d recommend not trying alone!

Quick delivery. Responsive customer service, who were really helpful.

Service was excellent from Blk Box! very helpful indeed as there was a fault with the skipping rope I ordered which was really the manufacturers fault but customer service at Blx box send me a replacement cable as a gesture of goodwill & I really appreciated it! Ive ordered other equipment from them & it's been the same each time, great service & would highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of blk box gym equipment. From my very first purchase, I have consistently received incredible value for my money. The quality of their equipment is unparalleled, and I am always impressed with the bespoke improvements they make to ensure each product is top-notch.

What sets blk box apart is their exceptional customer service. Miles and his team go above and beyond to take care of every client, treating them like absolute rock stars. It is evident that their main priority is ensuring customer satisfaction, and they excel in this aspect.

I have had the pleasure of making three gym orders with blk box, and they have never failed to exceed my expectations. Not only have they helped me set up my own gym, but they have also assisted in creating gyms for a few of my private clients. Their expertise and attention to detail in the process have been invaluable.

I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding service and products provided by blk box gym equipment. Thank you, Neville, for consistently delivering an exceptional experience. I highly recommend blk box to anyone in need of top-quality gym equipment and excellent customer care.

Fast reliable and did what they said they would do. Quality of the product is excellent.

Prompt service & good value products.

Great service, quick delivery 5*

The open trap bar I ordered was badly made and finished. I cut myself putting it together, and when I complained, I was told it’s made by a third party and it’s within the tolerance they supplied.

They would not replace it, and told me I could return it at my own cost if I wished.

Very pleased indeed with my first purchase even though I totally forgot to add on my 'first order discount'!! So could have been even better and a great new customer feature. Easy online purchase and delivered in perfect condition as you guys really know how to pack dumb-bells so am very impressed. Highly recommend BLK BOX and great to hear your story. Keep up the good work!

Super speedy delivery, high quality equipment very happy thank you
