Overall quality very good

Overall quality very good, but assembling we have to fix a couple of cross threaded bolt holes and replace a missing screw with one of our own.

No delivery, no response

I don’t know what’s happened but BLKBOX have gone AWOL.

This is the second time I’m leaving a review for BLKBOX and I think unfortunately it will be the last time I order from them.

I ordered a product on 28th July and still haven’t received it. Order status from courier reads ‘waiting on clearance’, so I haven’t a clue what’s happening.

I’ve contacted BLKBOX through their instant messenger, which just creates an email enquiry so don’t believe the ‘respond with 8 minutes’. A day later I got an automated email explaining BLKBOX had received my enquiry and it would take up to 48hours for the courier to respond.

Its been 72 hours and I’ve sent an email chaser to BLKBOX but I haven’t had a response. I tried calling their customer service and waited 20 minutes and it went to voicemail.

If I don’t receive a response soon, my only option will be to raise a chargeback with my bank.

Hi Daniel

Thanks for your message and your feedback

Apologies that we were let down by the courier regarding your order, we require 48 hours for a response from the courier and this took a little longer than this time.

I understand we have resolved this with you already and sent out replacements.

We will take this feedback on regarding contact and update are service when it comes to lost packages.

Thanks again
