Hi James
Thanks for your message and feedback
We email our clients with the delivery information at least 2 days before your order id due for delivery. Within this email is a copy of the terms and conditions which states that;
"If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing info@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges."
This is due to the fact we use 3rd party courier services who would apply this charge, which is passed onto the client.
Thanks

I've asked repeatedly…
I've asked repeatedly on multiple occasions a very simple question, and they refuse to answer me for some weird reason.
What courier service do you use as it is incredibly important?
Edit:

Glute Ham Roller is excellent
BLK BOX Glute Ham Roller is excellent. You can tell from the weight of the delivery package it's a solid piece of kit and it rolls effortlessly. I've seen cheaper but by the reviews, they don't glide properly. Great alternative if you don't have access to a hamstring curl machine. Delivered in 2 days.

5star experience as expected. I return to Blkbox again and again as it offers a wide range of equipment at a competitive price. I purchased competition ring this time and very happy with the product. Much easier to get on/off AND top notch quality. Delivery was quick and the product was packed very securely.

Your delivery and collection…
Your delivery and collection instructions on your website are misleading - believed I had clicked delivered to be told I had clicked collect even though it clearly looked like my purchase was out for delivery.
