BLK BOX Arvostelua

Chose BLXBOX to fit out my PT Space off a friends recommendation and couldn't be happier. Equipment is very well made, with exactly the finish you want as a customer. The customer service I have received has been great, solved quickly and kept me in the loop throughout. Will be buying again from them 100%.

Great end to end experience. Fantastic quality and amazing customer service. Well worth the investment.

We ordered two wall balls and a wall ball target on 27 August.
The wall balls took around two weeks to arrive, but there was no update whatsoever regarding the wall ball target. I contacted BLK BOX via WhatsApp, which they advertise as the fastest way to get a response, but received no reply. I followed up the next day and again received no response.
When the wall balls arrived on 10 September, there was still no information about the missing target. I then used the live chat function on their website and received a quick response saying they would investigate and get back to me. However, I heard nothing further until 21 September, when I was told the target had been shipped on 17 September.
From there, the UPS tracking became increasingly frustrating, cycling repeatedly between "out for delivery", "delivery delayed", and notifications suggesting the package had been damaged in transit.
I contacted BLK BOX again via live chat on 25 September and was offered either:
1. A refund, or
2. A replacement, which would need to be manufactured and could take up to two weeks.
I chose the refund and purchased a similar wall ball target elsewhere for around half the price, with next-day delivery.
To be fair, the wall balls themselves are well made and appear to be excellent quality. The refund was also processed promptly once requested. However, based on the poor communication throughout the order process and the continued use of UPS despite similar customer complaints over several years, I would not recommend this company.

I bought a 100 kg set+ of coloured utility bumper plates. They look and feel great - simply a great purchase. I only had one issue, which was one of the 15 kg plates arrived with some damage. However customer service was exceptional and immediately expedited a replacement.

The website was easy to use. Everything was delivered on time without any problems. And the equipment I bought was good quality. I will use again.

Great service, very efficient and prompt delivery. When they arrived very good quality too 👍

Great quality equipment and experience. Created a project with Blk Box to kit out my garage gym including the flooring and rig. Worked with the team to design the space and order the equipment, install team was also great and had the garage looking ready within a few hours! Now have a great space right next to the house to workout - no excuses! :)

High quality reliable products and world class customer service. I don’t usually review companies but BLK BOX are a serious company that genuinely care about what they do. 10/10.

July 26 ordered jacking arms, received a shredded box with an incomplete set of components for the wrong model. Aug 26 received the new jacking arms, right model but parts missing so couldn’t install it. Start Sept 26 parts received but on installation noticed that one of the handles had been welded on back to front so I couldn’t use it. End of Sept 26 received the wrong replacement handle. On the verge of giving up completely. How can a company manage to screw up one order so many times!

Top class service and equipment

Part refund given for damaged plates. Missing plates sent out again.

Am very happy with the quality of this product. Werksan Competition Plates are very good value at the trade prices.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from BLK BOX. They responded to my email in less than 24 hours to my queries. There was a discrepancy with my order, and they went above a beyond to resolve for me. Sandbag is great quality. Very happy. Will definitely continue to shop with BLK BOX.

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered a folding rack turned up scuffed to pieces, looked like it had been in the ware house for years, when I got in touch with them there response was we will give you £50 and some paint to touch up yourself! AVOID there’s better company’s out there don’t fool for the brand.
