Product is fantastic, however the delivery is nothing short of horrendous, it wasn’t until we called up for the 4th time that someone actually actioned what was required to ship the products to us.

I am really sorry to hear that the delivery experience you received was not up to the high standards we expect at BLK BOX.

It would be useful to have some detailed feedback on your experience and would appreciate if you could email us at info@blkboxfitness.com so we use this to improve our service in the future.

Thanks

Bench was damaged

Delivery worked great. Unfortunately the bench was damaged, but the package was delivered undamaged. Therefore the bench was already damaged when shipped. very unfortunate.
