No replies when I wrote to blanco.com 3 times to inquire about bad coloring clipping off Mida Ancthracite Sink Mixer. They totally ignored it. Local reseller brushes it off as wear and tear (I’m very careful with granite sinks). The mixer handle will fall off if I turn the handle too wide. Pleon 9 anchracite sink also in bad condition with visible clipping too. We don’t cook often, probably less than 5 times a year and only uses the sink for very light washing. The water spouting is good but the exterior paint quality is worse than no-brand China brand taps. Not worth to splurge at all. Probably better with the stainless steels ones.

Je n ai eu que des problèmes de fuites, j ai du calcaire partout et je n imaginais mas que cela venait du robinet
Donc j ai contacté le SAV qui m a fait une fleur, ils m ont envoyé des joint et u e cartouche, l artisan demande 80 euros pour le changer
En démontant le robinet, la fuite venait d un trou sur le col de cygne et en essayant d essuyer pour colmater la fuite, je me suis retrouvée avec le col de cygne dans la main, c est ronge par la rouolle au bout de 4 ans
D après le SAV c est normal et la mersonne que j ak eu refuse de faire remonter le problème
J ai expliqué que lorsque l on achète une excellente marque c est pour que cela fasse un peu plus que 4 ans. Un robinet vit 30 ans au moins sans problème
Le SAV est nul et il n y a aucun respect du client
N achetez jamais cette marque
Je veux renvoyer le robinet lour analyse .ais cela ne l interesse pas.....

Discolour on our Blanco siligranate sink.
Nothing takes off the discolour which came after 2 years use. Nothing - not even Blancos own (expensive) product "Blanco Active" - removes the stain.
The company says there is nothing to do but will not take redponsibility. I am so disappointed.

The tap itself is great BUT.... they are a nightmare to fit, like others have mentioned; the plumber had to get a special EU to Uk connector to allow it to be fitted... and the worst thing is he actually called up Blanco on their customer support line to ask what connecter he needed and they replied with 'sorry I don't know' (they don't know what connectors their own taps need)!! Wow .... so to Branco, if you sell Taps in the UK, At least sell them with the proper UK adapter (and train your staff properly)

Blanco silgranite sink discoloured - Blanco customer service no help at all - terrible product and service.

Wir haben eine Silgranitspüle bei der äußerst schnell kleine „Körnchen“ des Materials abfallen und Kratzer entstehen, sobald man etwas fester dagegenkommt. Pfanne in der Spüle spülen geht also auf gar keinen Fall. Und ohne Spülmatte können wir die Spüle auch nicht verwenden, da sie eben so empfindlich ist.
Bei Nachbestellung des Syphonkelches, direkt bei Blanco, einen verkratzen Kelch erhalten. Trotz eingeschweißter Verpackung.
Bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung.
Zusätzlich sind die Ersatzteile auch sehr teuer. Würde keine Blancospüle mehr kaufen. Keine gute Qualität.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Herr Kling sucht nur den Fehler beim Kunden. Antwort erst nach Nachfrage.
Und die Spühle würde ich nie wieder kaufen. Hatte einen Fehler drin und es wird gesagt der Kunde ist schuld…

Die Kartusche meiner Küchenarmatur Blanco Linus-S war defekt und musste ausgetauscht werden. Brav habe ich Youtube Videos geschaut und die recherchierte Original-Kartusche + Spezialschlüssel bestellt. Gesagt, getan - so lief es aber nicht: die Kartusche sah anders aus als das Originalteil und ließ sich nicht abdichten. Also mehrmals Kundendienst über email kontaktiert (bin kein sehr erfahrener Sanitär-Heimwerker) - und tatsächlich habe ich jeweils über Nacht kompetente und hilfreiche Infos bekommen - bis hin zur aunaufgeforderten und kostenfreien Zusendung einer Ersatzkartusche, die sich dann tatsächlich widerstandslos hat einbauen lassen. Alles dicht und die Familie ist wieder glücklich am Spülen... Klingt wie aus einer anderen (besseren) Zeit, ist mir aber in der vergangenen Woche passiert. Hut ab und vielen Dank, Fa. Blanco!

Komplette Verarschung! Ich hoffe es geht euch nie etwas davon kaputt. Die Ersatzteile (Schläuche) sind so konzipiert dass man sie direkt beim Hersteller kaufen muss und dann das Vierfache bezahlen muss von dem was es im Baumarkt gekostet hätte. Nie wieder diese Marke. .. ganz davon abgesehen dass am Schlauch ein Kupferring durch Materialermüdung abgefallen ist.

Useless customer service - not able to help with a problem I have regarding a tap. Not able to offer any advice and unwilling to help, just repeating the same thing over and over to me. Will not buy Blanco products again, nor recommend.

Beaucoup trop de problèmes avec notre Robinet premier fuite 1 an après la pose, et cela recommence après 5 ans l'intérieur est en plastique et donc très fragile. Plus jamais cette marque.

Wir haben unsere Küche mit Blanco Produkte ausstatten lassen und nach 4 Jahren ist unsere Küchen Armatur kaputt gegangen. Ein kurzes Gespräch mit dem Kundenservice und mir wurde sofort eine neue Küchenarmatur innerhalb von 2 Tagen zugesendet. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unseren Produkten und der Kundenservice war einfach top! Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Nous avons acheté un mitigeur et un distributeur de savon Blanco. Depuis, nous avons dû ouvrir 2 service après-vente, un sur chaque produit.
D’abord, le distributeur de savon a commencé à moisir, rouiller et fuir, après seulement 2 mois d’utilisation ! Nous avons ouvert une demande de service après-vente. Blanco a mis plus de 6 mois a nous envoyé la bonne pièce de rechange... Maintenant, c’est l’embout du robinet qui est bloqué et l’eau ne coule plus du tout. Nous avons donc ouvert une demande de service après-vente, nous n’avons aucune nouvelle depuis. Sans l’embout, il est très compliqué d’utiliser notre évier : L’eau éclabousse de partout sur le plan de travail et le sol dès que nous l’allumons. Nous espérons attendre moins de 6 mois pour aue le sav fasse son travail cette fois.
Bref, marque à éviter, c'est du bas de gamme vendu à prix d'or.

Nie wieder eine Keramikspüle von Blanco! Keine Garantie! Die Spüle hat nach kurzer Zeit 5 Risse trotz der Benutzung einer Spülmatte. Die vorherige Keramikspüle der alten Küche hat 6 Jahre gehalten und war immer Tip Top 80€ Baumarkt!!!! Der Stöpsel von Blanco ist auch hin nach nichtmal 2 Jahren. Extrem schlechter und unfreundlicher Kundenservice. Wir haben anstatt einer neuen Spüle ein Pflegeset mit Anleitung bekommen und es wurde uns unterstellt wie wären zu dumm um mit einer Keramikspüle umzugehen. Absolute Frechheit!!!! Wir werden und haben auch schon überall von Blanco abgeraten im Freundes und Bekanntenkreis. Nie wieder! Absolut mangelhafte Qualität und unterirdischer und frecher Kundenservice!

I have never had any response to my repeated requests sent via the website form, as a potential customer. It's amazing that in the digital age and real-time replies from companies, Blanco never bothered to answer me, even after my strong complaints. I wanted to know showroom where to see their products and buy ... Never again. I will prefer the Italian producers, who immediately answered me, with courtesy!

Bought a Belfast sink via wren kitchens and it wasn't cheap.
After around a year it was scratched so I contacted wren.
They told me it only had 1 year warranty, which I though was a joke.
I guess I'll have to put up with it, but I am disgusted with their atrocious poor quality products that are not fit for purpose.

Ifm. køb af lækkert Svanekøkken, købte vi køkkenvask fra Blanco Subline i Siligrat. Dette ud fra Blancos produktbeskrivelse:
Silgranit er Blancos eget kompositmateriale – en blanding af 80% granit og 20% akryl. Materialet er ualmindeligt holdbart og gør køkkenvaskene særdeles robuste, idet den generelle godstykkelse er 10 mm.

Konsulenten mente vi havde skyllet malerpensler, hvilket blev afvist og efterfølgende er svaret fra fabrikken, at metal i vasken, dvs. Gryder og. metal, vil give dette resultat.
Dette er jo totalt UTROVÆRDIGT.
Jeg har passet og plejet efter alle forskrifter.
Så køb ALDRIG dette produkt.

The product might be good but, if you can't get hold of technical either to talk to them or when there is a piece missing , you can't give them any more than 0, but I had to give them 1!! Frustrating you have to write to them photlne is always engaged but as in off the hook! Never will buy it again until they sort this mess out!! It is not as though you get cheap products with no support

When having new kitchen and utility sink installed we wanted a stylish high arch kitchen mixer tap. We decided on The BLANCO BELLA CHROME TRADITIONAL MIXER TAP Product No. BM3400CH. It has ceramic quarter turn handles and caps. It was purchased at a cost of £155.30 discounted price.
THIS IS A VERY BAD PRODUCT. The hot water flows through as narrow pipe within the high arch and the cold water flows around the narrow hot pipe.
When you use the cold tap, once you turn OFF the flow the water continues to flows and drip for about 3 secs after turning off, making it impossible to fill a glass to the top. The water continues to flow. I asked in my local Plumbing specialist, and there were some plumbers present and everyone said, Oh Yes you always get that. It's due to the water in the high part of the arch. This is rubbish. We had a high arch tap previously and this did not happen. Other friends have similar taps and this does not happen. I contacted Blanco and they dismissed the idea that water would continue flowing. They sent me a new cartridge which I had installed. Same problem - water flows and drips after tap turned OFF.
The other problem is that the hot water flows through such a narrow pipe in the arch that its pressure is high and if you place your hand in the flow it splashes all over the area.
This is a badly designed tap and Blanco have had no answer. The tap is not a cheap tap, and frankly cheaper taps may well have done a better job. We have persevered with this tap for quite some time, but it is a joke. No support from Blanco or other plumbers who just scratch their head.
I am going to change this expensive tap and chuck it where it belongs - in the rubbish skip.
I DO NOT recommend this product or Customer Service received. Blanco should put this right - but the problem appears to be the design of the tap.
I will not buy Blanco product again and will try to get some guarantee of the operation of any new tap.

Upgrading our kitchen new worktops and doors, new appliances and new sink and fancy tap! Doors took 6weeks from measuring to fitting, worktops 2day delivery, sink and tap 3months, I wouldn’t recommend this manufacturer, ordered online no time scale given took immediate payment, received email confirmation with 3 week delivery time, they never contacted me at all I had to contact them for updates, but it did arrive and it is a good quality sink and tap although our plumber had to go and purchased fittings because what came with sink were poor quality and plumbing parts were missing, I never even tried to contact them hopefully this 25yr guaranteed sink will wear well, but I’d never use them again, pandemic or not
