Very disappointed. Don’t believe in warranty. Purchased the pan on Home Show. Had all set of pans from the same company. I had warranty on product. The warranty is not valid unless there a visible problem with pan!?! Egg stick to it like glued. Problem even to wash it off. Absolutely disgraceful how the warranty is delt with- or scam warranty?. So- as we are happy with our products we more then generous to leave a great feedback. But when things go wrong - and I know is not that often- do not relay on the warranty- it is one big fraud. Wast of money. My Lidl old pan for job better at the moment. And is it worth the price- I thought yes but now I know is a one scam about warranty. So if you want to risk it - be sure you are on your own.
Company told me to send the item to them on my cost for examination if I want. So after spending a lot of money on product itself - you just spend more. Have fun. 👋 this is real person review.

My wife and I purchased a 12pc set from Sam's club in 2017. What sold us was the lifetime warranty. First I want to say they are great pans,don't stick and are easy to clean. We never use metal utensils and hand wash only. Shortly (maybe a year or two) after we bought them we had the small frying pan start to peal. Messaged Berghoff with pictures and they sent us a new pan. Fast forward to spring of 2023. The 11 inch pan started doing the same thing. Again I contacted Berghoff. After several email exchanges my request was denied. They would sell me one at a discount but how does that make it right with a lifetime warranty? I was very frustrated. We just eventually threw it in the trash since is was unusable and bought another :cheep"11 inch to use. Bottom line. Buyer beware. They will not honor their lifetime warranty. Not at all worth the $600 we spent without the warranty......

I love these pans. My original ones I have had for many years, bought at a Christmas Fair. Have added to the original ones over the years and always the same quality.
The last order arrived much quicker than advertised and well packaged. Are already in use.

Ordering was very, very easy and delivery was quick and efficient, really pleased with the whole experience.

Bought these very expensive pans following a fantastic display at a food festival . WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY ! Not once have they performed as shown . Constantly sticking and burning everything cooked in them . Contacted customer service who advised to send pictures which I did . Conveniently I was told it was not a manufacturing fault so they were not covered by warranty and it was burnt food affecting the cooking performance . I was given deep cleaning instructions which I followed religiously with zero effect . originally this was one pan however after only 2 years of minimal use the other 3 pans are exactly the same . Again I contracted customer services to ask for advice. The individual who I spoke to had zero customer service skills and was actually very rude. Again I was asked to send pictures which I explained I already had . When asked if I could return them for someone to test I was advised this wasn t possible although according to other reviews this was requested.
I was told I would be contacted woth a solution and on 2 occasions surprise surprise no one has contacted me.
Other reviews have stated they have been allowed to return the pans and offered a hearty discount to re purchase . I on the other hand have been offered nothing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I am going to seek professional advice as these pans were mis sold and are not fit for purpose.

In reply to my review Berghoff have used a completely different email which I sent to them regarding a broken pan lid. They have tried to imply that I have not followed the correct washing instructions by putting the pans in the dishwasher. at no point have I ever mentioned that the pans were cleaned in this way. Only the glass lids were cleaned in the dishwasher. The pans themselves have always been washed by hand following the instructions provided. Yet again they have skirted around the issue of the pans being faulty and are unwilling to accept responsibility. Shocking customer service.

Love this brand of pans, love the fact I can put them on the hob and use them in the oven, well made, easy to look after them and they continue to last for so long, i like the fact they are not heavy, I find them at the birmingham Nec and at the Malvern country show. Recently got the Teppenyaki plate, great for the oven, will get another sauce pan to the collection

** UPDATE: After 2 weeks of them trying very hard to gaslight by flagging the review as not for the correct company, they finally replied after it was apparent they wouldn’t be able to take it down. It’s a clear admission that my review was accurate from the very beginning.

They are now trying again by brazenly lying that they replaced my pan last month! You rejected my request for replacement under warranty 9 months ago. Then nothing since. And suddenly out of the blue you replaced my pan last month? LAUGHABLE! YOU DID NOT! Since you clearly care a lot about negative reviews, instead of going through all this effort to cover up, how about you improve the quality of your product, your customer service and most importantly your system?

Very disappointed with their products. Certainly would not recommend. We purchased the 28cm non-stick frying pan and a non-stick Chinese wok with lid at the London ExCel exhibition on September 2023. We were duped by their presentation and 5-year warranty as an indicator of quality, and thus justifying the price. The non-stick only lasted 7 months, showing the presentation was a pure stunt. I contacted customer service to get a replacement; we were outright refused. The 5-year warranty is completely non-existent.

The product is great but the commercial approach is frustrating. I ordered a large double plan in time to cook Christmas dinner. Then I decided to add in another pot and a wok as i thought they'd be useful. That added another £220 to the bill. When the pans arrived they incuded a voucher for 20% off any more I bought. So if I'd held off on the extra 2 items I'd have saved £44 by ordering them later. If that discount was available surely I'd should have been offered it!
So advice to others - buy items one at a time.
Advice to Berghoff - give me my £44 back!
Final point. £5 shipping is a bit rich when you are spending the best part of £500

I bought the whole set of Berghoff Eurocast cookware for my retirement gift for myself for $2000.00 from a vender that was at the Military Base exchange. I really like the cookware although I would never put it in the dishwasher. The only complaint that I have are the handel's for the pots. I know that the medal ones get hot and that's ok however the arm handel's are sticky not made very well. Is there a way to get these replaced? I'm sure you received other complaints about this. Please contact me at to let me know if you can assist with the replacement. I was thinking that you might have noticed this and have a replacement.

Such a quick and reliable Company

I bought my set at Sam’s after watching the demo. Pretty pricy so I had to think about it overnight and went back the next day and purchased. Hands down the best cookware I have ever owned. Y5 yeas later everything remains non stick. Removable handles are perfect for oven. The lids get hot so you need a mitt to remove when using stovetop, but that is because you can use lid on oven as well. These were worth every penny and I would recommend to anyone that spends a lot of time in the kitchen

Purchased a complete set of pans from Costco when they had an in-store demo day ,since then we've more items either from there or direct ,hands down they are the best pans /coating that we have ever used ,they clean up so easily. Would definitely recommend

i brought my first saute pan with lid in 2009 and was so impressed brought a bigger size a couple of years later. both of the pans are used regularly. The non stick is still perfect, clean up perfectly and still look fairly new. I love this brand and will continue to buy their pans.

I bought one their frying pans followed all instructions, the pan is now not non stick everything sticks when I asked them to replace it as not fit for purpose, fobbed off.What a waste of money, was brainwashed by presentation.

Saw these pans at Tatton Park Foodies, Vicky was great in showing how versatile they are, we bought a set and love them so much, we look forward to adding to them.
