These pans work . Bought these pans 2025 at Southport Flower show. We've been using the pans for 12 months now & they are the best pans we've ever had. The non stick claims are true, they need less heat, heat up evenly. Just brilliant !

Pan handle knob
I absolutely love my pans but unfortunately one of the handle knobs the plastic inside perished I contacted customer service and Jacquie was very helpful and sent out a replacement and it arrived very quickly one extremely happy customer.

Non stick through & through
I have had these non stick pans for some years and I can honestly say they are brilliant, they really are non stick. My favourite is the sauté pan, I have used it every week and it has stood up to it. Being able to remove the handle is brilliant when you need to put it in the oven. Recently I thought it was looking a bit tired and contacted customer service and they have been incredibly helpful in suggestions on cleaning it up.

Started ordering from here as we have decided to upgrade our pan set and the pans are excellent quality. We had a bit of an issue with one delivery whereby the incorrect pan was delivered however, it was very quickly sorted with the excellent customer service that I received which kept me confident to keep ordering the rest of our set from there.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Purchased a £60 pan The leo -wok in Aug 25, within a few times of use it lost its nonstick. So I turned back to my denby pans which I've had for years without any issues.
I tried to make a complaint to berghoff which they requested my receipt and photos of inside and bottom of the pan. I could have cleaned up the pan spotless prior to pictures, but I had nothing to hide, just regular pan marks from occasionally using. So i
just left it the way it was not too bad whatsoever. But their excuse to back me off... is I've miss-used the pan telling me anything higher than a heat setting of 3 on a ceramic hob is too high for this pan. I probably use 5 /6 out of 9 on every thing I cook but hey I must be lieing. Because in ther opinion the bottom of pan is burnt due to overheating. Word of advice.. stick (no pun intended) with a superior brand i.e. Denby if you want what you pay for. Just avoid Berghoff. Same quality as a cheap supermarket pan for less than £10.

NOT a non stick pan - very disappointing customer service
Sadly a review I wasn't wanting to write. I bought a 28cm non stick frying pan complete with glass lid at the ideal home exhibition. Something I had been coveting for a lifetime, having seen numerous demonstrations at Ideal Homes. The demos themselves are amazing and the things they can do with a non stick pan is incredible.
Sadly, you are not able to do this with the pan yourself, we couldn't make an omelette without it sticking, tried on numerous occasions using the guidance given and seasoning the pan correctly, not overheating etc.
Spent many hours discussing with customer service who basically just shrugged this off and told me the pan was intact and working as it should be. I can guarantee it does not, but the customer service here is most definitely that they are right and the customer is most definitely wrong. The pan was sent back without technical fault, I will donate to a worth cause and go back to using my 10 year old Creuset non stick frying pan to which an omelette does not stick at all.
I wholly recommend not buying non stick BergHOFF products and cannot express my dissatisfaction with customer service enough, stick with your old non stick pans.

Immediately on receipt of your retuned pan it was inspected by one of our experienced technicians who reported that there was no manufacturing or technical fault that would explain the issues you highlighted. We also shared a video demonstrating one of our team using your pan to successfully cook an omelette and scrambled eggs, showing that it was performing as intended.
Our aim is always to assist our customers as thoroughly and fairly as possible, and we're sorry that, despite the time and support we provided, we were unable to reach the outcome you were hoping for.

Good Service
I purchased a pan a few years ago at an exhibition and, over the past year, it developed a fault which led to the surface peeling off in places. Despite only having the reference from the show Berghoff quickly accepted the issue was within the warranty period and asked me to send the pan back. They have confirmed a manufacturing fault and agreed to replace the item with the minimum fuss.

Bergoff Stir Fry Wok - doesnt work on induction hobs
We ordered a Bergoff Stir Fry Wok. It is labeled as induction compatible. It didnt work on our induction hob. We contacted the seller Eurocast, they acknowledged that it doesnt work on all induction hobs as it has a very small base, and so needs an even smaller induction plate. This is not made clear at point of sale.
They offered to replace it with a larger pan, but we had to pay postage to get it back; despite that they had sold us something taht didnt work.
Customer service has been hopeless. Avoid buying this product unless you know it will work on your hob.

As discussed during our correspondence, the wok is induction compatible; however, some induction hobs have minimum pan size requirements and may not recognise cookware with a smaller base. This is a characteristic of certain induction hob designs rather than a fault with the wok itself.
To help resolve the issue, we offered to replace your wok completely free of charge with a larger alternative that would work with your hob, and you agreed to this solution. We simply asked that the original wok be returned to us so that the exchange could be completed.
We're sorry that you were disappointed with this process, but we believe we offered a fair and practical resolution to ensure you received a product better suited to your hob.
We always strive to provide the highest level of service to all our customers, and we're sorry that, on this occasion, we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations.
