I have nothing but praise for this wonderful
Mattress company. I first noticed an advert on my Facebook wall and read all about the company and had a good look at the mattresses on offer. I went to the Harry Benmore website and answered some questions about how I sleep and this worked out what type of mattress might suit me. I ordered a Kingsize Cotton and Wool mattress and it arrived within 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this mattress felt too firm for me despite being a medium tension. My previous mattress was a medium/firm so I felt medium would be better. I contacted Harry via the WhatsApp chat and he pointed out to give it at least 2 weeks trial and to remember I have 100 days to trial it before I make a decision. I gave the mattress 3 months and was not getting on any better so I went to the store in Welling and tried out a different mattress. The Hybrid -Pro was so comfy so I have exchanged for this one and the mattress arrived within 10 days. I am so pleased with the comfort and quality and extremely happy with the service from Harry and his team.
You will not be disappointed with this company.

Outstanding service from start to finish – and a gorgeous mattress!

I honestly cannot praise this company enough. The whole experience, from ordering to delivery, has been fantastic. The mattress itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the customer service has been even better!

Harry and his brother, Michael, have been brilliant. They personally kept in touch, called me, messaged me on WhatsApp and made sure I was kept updated throughout. When a delivery issue cropped up, they went above and beyond to sort it out. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

It’s so refreshing to experience this level of genuine, personal customer service. I genuinely hope that as the business grows, this doesn’t change, because it’s what makes them stand out from the crowd.

A beautiful mattress, an excellent experience and quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We LOVE our Harry Benmore cotton and wool king size mattress!
Having swapped from a generic soft foam mattress it took a few weeks to adjust to it but now we love it! No more sore backs in the morning, it's never hot, even after the scorching summer! We've had it for about a year now and it feels like new still. We'll be upgrading our kids mattresses to the same in due course! Also love that it's natural materials.

I will begin by saying that I really had no idea of how to shop for a mattress before I spoke to Harry. I thought I needed a “soft” mattress, because I’d experienced my fair share of sleeping on uncomfortably hard ones over the years. I like the feeling of sinking into a mattress and so when I first spoke to Harry, that’s what I said.
It turns out that firmness has nothing whatsoever to do with the top surface of the mattress, but rather how much support the mattress provides. Harry explained that someone like myself - with back pain - needs a medium/hard mattress, but that doesn’t mean an uncomfortable mattress. So he recommended a mattress to us - the Hybrid Pro - and I trusted him.
We ordered the mattress and it came all the way up to Scotland, so we really hoped we hadn’t made the wrong choice. Well, I’m sure now that we haven’t! Both my husband and I have never had such a restful sleep as we did with the new mattress.
Even our big grumpy dog who had never before shared the bed with us decided it was worth a try. I woke up the first morning to find him curled at our feet! With him being a 30kg dog, I was surprised I didn’t get woken up by him getting onto the bed and making himself comfortable.
Suffice to say I am utterly impressed by Harry’s customer service and the quality of his products. Now I feel bad for our guests sleeping on the guest bed - looks like we need to get another mattress!

I was a bit nervous about buying another mattress online. I've had so many that turned up and just weren't right. I used the mattress selector and then emailed in with a few more questions which were answered promptly and really informatively.

I'm hypermobile and wake up in pain because of my mattress. I needed something soft but still supportive. I ended up choosing the Hybrid Pro medium. Ordering was really simple, I was kept informed throughout processing and delivery was really smooth. I was sent a giant plastic bag for matress recycling too.

I cant express how good my new mattress is. I absolutely love it. I've gone from waking up feeling like I want to cry because of rib pain to sleeping like a baby. The first couple of nights I had uninterrupted sleep for 9hrs. I haven't had sleep like that for decades! I wake up and feel rested rather than stiff and achey. Its literally changed my life! Absolutely 5⭐️. Would give it more if I could! Now I just need to find the perfect pillow!

The first mattress I purchased wasn’t right for my daughter. I did try it myself but it was too firm. I asked for an exchange for a mattress in the hybrid range in the medium. And, wow, so much better, my daughter is so much happier and loving it. The whole process of the exchange went super smoothly, no issues whatsoever. The delivery guys on both deliveries were super friendly and I’m grateful for the job they do. Thank you to the Benmore family for a wonderful customer experience.

Had a five year old Simba, which was great at first and I looked after it religiously, then I stopped being able to sleep on its uneven surface and woke up in pain.

Looked at alternatives and found Harry Benmore.

WhatsApp'd the company and received immediate and comprehensive assistance.

Placed order the next day with Blue Light Card discount, which effectively gave me free room delivery and old mattress removal.

Took three weeks to be contacted for delivery, which was slightly longer than quoted but was absolutely fine.

My only gripe, and I'm not marking Harry Benmore down for this was the delivery company. Was given delivery window of 5-8pm. They rang me at 7:58pm saying they would be there soon.

The delivery guys were pleasant, but were confused because my old mattress looked new 🤷

After some discussion they took it.

They then said they wouldn't be able to get the new mattress into the bedroom, despite having removed the old one. I explained I had paid for specific room delivery and they could clearly have a go given they managed to remove the old one.

They said that a proper, sprung mattress wouldn't fit up my stairs, as they can't be bent without causing damage, and they offered to leave it in the lounge....

After explaining to them that I have previously had a sprung mattress in the bedroom they reluctantly agreed to have a go.

It took both delivery guys and myself a good 10 minutes to get the mattress upstairs but it finally got there.

They didn't take away the packaging...but I was so relieved that the mattress was in the bedroom that I didn't bother to call them back...it was also approaching 9pm by this point and I wasn't their final delivery. They said they had to go up to Edinburgh!!! (a three hour drive)

It would seem that the courier were giving far too much work to each delivery crew and I felt for them.

The mattress is very comfortable, but firm (which is exactly what I wanted), it's easy to rotate and flip with it's decent handles. My sleep has definitely improved.

I’m really happy with both mattress’s I bought.

My whole experience with Harry Benmore has been great, all my questions were answered within 1 hour, the customer service was second to none.

The delivery team were friendly and efficient, I was given a time slot, then was notified when the drivers were 30-45 minutes away.

The mattresses are really lovely.
Very good quality.

I would 100% recommend anybody to buy from this company.

We ordered a mattress that was made and delivered on time with great customer support. Unfortunately the mattress didn't suit us for personal reasons but Harry could not have been more helpful and understanding. He personally gave us advice and was happy to take the mattress back. Even though we were not able to become a customer, the service and care was second to none.

Whilst the mattress wasn't right for me, I must say that the customer service received from Harry Benmore - both Harry and Michael - was outstanding.

So impressed with this company, for their ethics and consultancy, I ordered the suggested mattress and couldn’t be happier with it 🤗

The whole process from visiting the showroom in London to the final delivery of our kingsize mattress was exemplary. Harry and his brothers were extremely knowledgeable and professional in how they advised us with choosing the right mattress for our needs. I was worried that the mattress would be too big to deliver it into our first floor bedroom, but again, Michael was calmly reassuring in this respect and quickly employed a team of specialist movers who did the job without issue. It's so satisfying dealing with real professionals who know their stuff and treat their customers with the utmost care and respect. I recommend this company without reservation. We are now the owners of a superb mattress that should provide years of service and good quality sleep!

OUTSTANDING. Before I go into how much I love the mattress. I’d just like to say what a wonderful team and how they go above and beyond for their customers. I honestly can’t rate them enough. I was left by the third party delivery men saying the mattress was impossible to get up the stairs. I called Harry’s team and they sent someone out within hours, who got the mattress upstairs in 5 minutes. You just don’t find that level of customer service in big chain company’s! They were so apologetic and personable even though it wasn’t their fault. Then onto the mattress! It’s perfect and such great quality. I’m excited for bedtime tonight! Thanks again guys!!

We live locally and recently visited their spacious showroom in Welling which is ideal to test out their mattress range. It is a premium quality product and the price point was a bit high for our spare room. They helpfully explained the clearance range - the same high quality but returned due to wrong size, wanting harder / softer mattress, etc. They check each mattress returned for any damage, professionally clean and then offer at a considerable discount. This was perfect for us. We followed their advice and monitored the clearance list on their website which is updated daily. Within a few days, we spotted the double cotton / wool medium mattress we wanted, placed the order and it was delivered today. Very pleased with the service, product quality and the range!

Harry Benmore builds excellent mattresses but, perhaps just as importantly, he builds trust. I ended up spending more than I intended on a new mattress, but there was never a hard sell. Harry took the time personally to understand my requirements and recommended accordingly. I had several questions throughout the process (I did have to exchange as I went too firm at first - my bad!) and I was never made to feel that I was an annoying customer! Amazing mattress, amazing company to deal with and Harry deserves every industry/ business award out there.

Fantastic customer service with a clear uncomplicated product offering. Their show room is great too. The bed itself is really high quality and has been amazing. I bought an extra firm silk and cashmere mattress. It's perfect! Skip the high street chains and head to Harry Benmore.

Wow, what a company. We purchased a zip and link Alpaca as we had partner disturbance on our old mattress. My husband was extremely thrilled with his side but my side was far too firm for me as we are such different sizes. We gave it a fair go but I am more of a soft mattress person. We initiated the return under the sleep trial. Harry Michael Jane and the team have been exceptionally accommodating throughout the return process and already a refund has been initiated! I cannot recommend Harry Benmore enough and will be telling everyone who needs a new mattress to give them a try. AAAAAA++++++++++
