Finger weg von diesem Shop! Ich habe meine Schuhe bereits im April zur Retoure/zum Umtausch zurückgeschickt. Der Erhalt wurde mir im Juli sogar schriftlich bestätigt. Seitdem werde ich nur noch hingehalten.
​Mir wurde eine UPS-Sendungsnummer geschickt, die absolut gefälscht oder ungültig ist – das System von UPS kennt diese Nummer nicht einmal! Auf Mails wird nicht mehr reagiert. Das ist kein Kundenservice, das ist pure Abzocke.
​Ich warte bis heute auf meine Ware. Kauft hier bloß nicht ein!

Honestly, these are among the most wearable sneakers in my collection. I put them on for a whole day right after unboxing and experienced no discomfort at all. The craftsmanship is top-notch and their aesthetic is fantastic.

I’ve gotten a ton of positive comments on these sneakers since wearing them. They offer a sleek, high-end appearance while keeping things subtle and understated. I'll absolutely be picking up a second pair.

I bought a pair of svoed for close to 300 euro in 2025, and I got the wrong product! They told me to send them back to Italy, and I did and I also paid shipping cost back, but they never picked up the package and it got delivered back to me.
I told them this but they stopped answering me.

I am waiting for them to contact me after this review!

Habe mich zunächst über die Schuhe gefreut, da sie optisch sehr chic aussahen. Leider schon beim ersten Probieren festgestellt, dass Ästhetik und Funktion nicht zusammen passen. Extrem harte, unflexible Sohle, Druck vom Leder im Knöchelbereich.Also freundliche Mail an Benjamin Berner geschrieben und auf eigene Kosten (20 Euro) nach Italien zurückgeschickt.
Keinerlei Reaktion! Erst auf 2fache Nachfrage Rückerstattung, bei der auch noch der ursprüngliche Versand abgezogen wurde….!
Sorry, ich rate Jedem davon ab, dort Schuhe zu bestellen. Service am Kunden geht anders….

Wat een ongelooflijke slechte service. Schoenen niet bezorgt en klantenservice doet werkelijk niks. Reageren ook niet meer. 300,00 kwijt.

Solitamente di scarpa porto il 40/41. Avendo ordinato delle scarpe senza lacci ho ordinato il numero 39 ed è risultato comunque largo. Comunicazione con l'azienda assente.

I am writing this review to warn others of my experience with Order #H8MW9L0H5.
I purchased a python leather duffle bag which arrived damaged (damage to surface of python leather and structural damage) due to what I believe was inadequate packaging (sent in thin bubble wrap rather than a protective box). I reported the damage on 10th February with photographic evidence.
The merchant initially admitted fault and promised a full refund in writing on 26th February. They arranged for their own courier (GLS) to collect the item from my address on 27th February.
It has now been over two months since the item was collected. Despite the merchant being in possession of the returned goods and my payment of €472.06, they have stopped responding to my emails. Furthermore, the telephone number listed on their website does not appear to be functional.
I have been forced to initiate a formal dispute via my bank to recover my funds. I am very disappointed with the lack of professional standards and the failure to honour a written refund agreement.

I placed an order #38652 online for a pair of sneakers on March 26, 2026.
The carrier still has not delivered the shoes and Benjamin Berner's customer service has left me to my fate.
I'll just have to solve it myself for them.
I paid for the shoes but the shoes did not arrive.
They don't want to help me, I will never order anything from them again.
What bad service.

Bought a travel bag, they sent me the wrong item, made me pay tax (despite saying tax was included) then made me return the item at my own cost, then never sent the correct item, never reimbursed me and stopped replying to emails

Honestly this company is just a scam. Stay away.

Very weak and, honestly, misleading after-sales service. Even though I like the product itself, the post-purchase experience was disappointing. The lack of customer support and transparency makes me unwilling to buy anything from this brand again.

Schuhe letztes Jahr 07.2025 gekauft und zurückgeschickt, da mir sie nicht gefallen haben.
Bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten!!!!!

Wirklich schlechter Kundenservice und die Qualität ist ebenfalls nicht klasse.
Schuhe sind hart und klobig.
Han diese auf eigene Kosten nach Italien schicken müssen. Dies war Anfang Februar und ich habe bis heute nichts gehört. Hab per Paypal bezahlt und hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld wieder.

Je n'ai jamais reçu la paire que j'ai commandé et le service client ne m'a toujours pas remboursé. Ça fait déjà près d'un mois. Je leur ai transmis tous les documents nécessaires. Très déçu car c'est une marque que j'appréciais.

Ganz schlecht, nach bestellung waren die schuhe zu Groß, musste zwei mal züruck schicken damit die Paket überhaupt an die Adresse ankommt. Habe gemeint das ich mein Geld und Schuhe nie mehr bekomme. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Kontakt mir Benjamin berner sehr schlecht nicht Professional und korrekt.

Abzocker !!! Ich musste die versandkosten für die Retoure selber bezahlen und bei der Erstattung haben die mir dann auch die Lieferungskosten in Höhe von 9,90€, welche der Shop erstmal bezahlt hat, abgezogen. Betrüger hoch 10 !!!

If I could give a minus score I would. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one of which I returned to them after contacting them agreeing to this. I returned on 28th November, they arrived in Switzerland on 3rd December but they would NOT accept the delivery. I have had to file a case through PayPal to try and get the refund, its cost me nearly £20 to send them back and now they do not respond to any emails etc.
