We had an excellent experience with Benchmarx Kitchens in Weybridge, and in particular Paul Walton, from start to finish. From the initial enquiry through to the site visit to measure up, Paul was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us create a clear vision of what was possible for our kitchen extension.
The design process was smooth and collaborative, and the end result has exceeded our expectations. The quality of the kitchen is excellent – both in terms of materials and finish and it has completely transformed the space.
What really stood out, though, was the aftercare, which has been nothing short of impressive. Any questions or follow-ups were handled promptly and professionally, giving us real confidence throughout the whole process.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Benchmarx Weybridge and Paul Walton to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Benchmarx Salford provided fantastic service and quality products. Mark and Cobi were particularly helpful regarding customer care and delivery.

Great service from the Rugby branch from the moment we first started talking to them. They spent a great deal of time helping us to plan our new kitchen, with multiple design meetings to make sure we were happy before agreeing the final design. We were also fortunate to also have good kitchen fitters who regularly install Benchmarx kitchens. Our kitchen now looks great, everything is exactly as the design, and the quality is good.

Sarah Wood at the Newcastle , Longbenton branch was amazing at designing my new kitchen . Before my appointment I had time to look through the brochures to get an idea what kitchen units I wanted . Sarah was very professional at all times and helped in choosing the best units to fit my kitchen.
The delivery was on time and my kitchen fitters , from Pineline installed without any problems. They even commented on how accurate all the measurements were and how well the design was .
I’m more than happy and would definitely recommend the team at the Longbenton branch .

Then along came Benthmarx. Mark designed a great kitchen and along with Sam the branch manager gave us a fantastic deal.

Great experience with Benchmarx Epsom. Chris Taylor, the branch manager, was fantastic — he and his team genuinely cared, were very helpful, and clearly worked in our best interest throughout.

We had our kitchen made a few months ago and are still really enjoying the design, convenience, and quality. Everything was well designed, made to a high standard, and installed professionally, including the appliances. Communication was prompt and excellent, and the price felt very fair.

The Team at Benchmark, specifically Maxine, have been exceptional in creating the right kitchen by listening to my wants & needs without questioning - only suggestions, possible alternatives and new ideas - adjusting every suggestion to meet the customers expectations (me!) - great service and fantastic product - highly recommended and will definitely be using their services again!

Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. After designing our kitchen with the Sunderland branch and being just about to make payment, the store was suddenly shut down along with around 10 other branches nationwide which is never a good sign. We were then transferred to the Newcastle branch, where we had to redesign the kitchen slightly before finally placing our order, hoping it would be fitted within the coming months.

When our joiner came out, he informed us that the kitchen couldn’t be fitted due to a leak and water damage to our walls. We immediately contacted Benchmarx to explain the situation, as we didn’t know when the kitchen would be ready to be fitted. We were told they could no longer store the kitchen in their warehouse and asked if we could store it at home instead. Thankfully, we had an empty back room where it could be kept.

However, when the kitchen was delivered, all the doors were left standing upright. Over time, this caused them to bend. Once we finally received the go ahead for fitting, our joiner was only able to complete half the job. Out of 14 doors, 12 were damaged, two worktops were damaged, and six parts were missing.

As a result, we were left without a washing machine and kitchen sink for nearly 2 weeks while waiting for replacement parts. We also had to source a new worktop from Wickes, as Benchmarx had discontinued the one we had ordered.

Eddie, the manager at the Newcastle branch, was very helpful throughout this process, and I appreciate him sorting out what he could within a reasonable timeframe.

Just when we thought the nightmare was nearly over, I checked our original design to make sure nothing else was missing and noticed that the bin we had requested was not included in the order. When I called the store, they had no record of any bin being ordered. I later spoke to Sue, who was very helpful and came up with a solution. Thankfully, we had a spare cupboard that could be adapted to fit a bin however, this has still left us £200 out of pocket just before Christmas.

Overall, this experience has been an absolute nightmare. I had high hopes for Benchmarx, but based on my experience, it has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Nothing personal to most of the staff I dealt with - Eddie and Sue, in particular, were very helpful however, Sarah at the Newcastle branch was extremely unhelpful throughout the process by constantly sending me wrong kitchen plans and being rude over email.

There were some issues with items during delivery, so please check which parts of the kitchen will come flat packed or ready assembled.

David the manager was very quick to help with extra bits needed for the kitchen and processed my returns for pieces that were not used by my installer. For a big decision making project, the team at Luton were very helpful and made us feel welcome from day one. Thank you!

We visited the Benchmarx Minworth branch - after shopping around for our new kitchen- a friend recommended we try these guys they were independent and were competitive- we were not disappointed we have had excellent customer service from all who dealt with us . Phil the main man for helping design and deliver and put our kitchen plans into place to the lovely Charlie who dealt with our concerns upon delivery of the kitchen -and the manager Tony who was helpful when we were unsure of the hood we ordered , We had no hassle dealing with any issues changing our mind or getting help with issues which arose on the way-I would like to mention a special thanks to Tony -manager who couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with the process from start to finish of our purchase of our new kitchen - v happy to recommend these guys.

All staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble- they even were able to help us with Getting a excellent kitchen fitter Dean to complete our plan-thanks to all involved very happy with our purchase

From our first meeting with Kaye at Rugby Benchmarx we couldn't have asked for more help with the planning and layout of our proposed new kitchen.

The Benchmarx teams have been helpful and communicative and patient throughout. They put customer care at the top and that goes a long way for an investment as significant as a new kitchen. The team in Walthamstow ended up receiving the new tap and were very helpful when I collected. So all in all, Benchmarx wins our business in future.
