Emma in the design service at the Birkenhead Store couldn’t have been more helpful and provided us with some great advice and design ideas (which we hadn’t considered previously). Some great colour choices which other companies do not stock.

The rest of the team kept us updated by phone on our delivery as it was coming from Ireland and not a stock item.

Came across Benchmarx at North Shields by chance and what a great find,Sarah Wood the Designer was excellent and very helpful as was Eddie the manager,Sue in the shop and Andy in the stores.The team couldn't do enough to sort any problem that arose,ie Driving to Edingburgh branch to collect dishwasher and deliver same day.On my experience I would definitely recommend this company plus all units come pre built and the price was very good.Thank You the Benchmarx Team.

Callum at Benchmarx in Bicester has been incredible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the moment he came to measure up right through to the very end of our kirchen installation and beyond he has been on hand to answer queries and make changes. We had a complete kitchen redesign so it took us some time to fine tune exactly what we wanted - Callum encouraged us to take our time, we never felt rushed or coerced into a decision which was very much appreciated, and an approach you don’t often come across when buying a product these days. Callum also offered some very helpful input with our design choices - we really appreciated his expertise and guidance with this as there are always so many decisions to make! Overall, we really feel like Callum took a lot of stress out of the whole process. We could not be more grateful with the end product! If anyone is toying over who to go with for a new kitchen - I would highly recommend Benchmarx. Our experience with them has been exceptional from start to finish. Thank you to Dylan as well who was always on hand to answer queries 😊 a great team!

Absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen and the whole experience at Benchmark Battersea. From day one everything felt easy, smooth, and completely stress-free which is something I honestly didn’t think was possible with a kitchen project - especially as I am totally incompetent in design and or/diy matters.

Showroom manager Lauren Simmonds was an absolute star. She genuinely went above and beyond, always suggesting the best options and deals for me, popping in to double-check every measurement, and sharing brilliant tips throughout. What really impressed me is that she continued to support me long after the sale, which made such a huge difference and showed what a brilliant professional she is.

I’m so happy with the final result and couldn’t recommend Benchmark Battersea enough (definitely ask for Lauren!). If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, you’ll be in the best hands.

Karen N at Mead Road, Cheltenham, was brilliant throughout. She was really helpful with the design process and accommodated all the requests to change things. Everything was delivered on time by a very accommodating driver, and any queries were dealt with really quickly. Really pleased with the end result - very good quality all round, and it all looks lovely.

Outstanding service from Georgia – Barrow-in-Furness branch

I can’t recommend Georgia at the Barrow-in-Furness branch highly enough. From the very start, she went above and beyond to create a kitchen design that was not only beautiful but perfectly suited to my needs.

Georgia is incredibly knowledgeable and creative, but what really sets her apart is her personality. She’s warm, caring, funny, and an absolute joy to work with. She took the time to really listen, offered great ideas, and never made anything feel rushed or pressured.

She truly went the extra mile at every stage, and the end result is a fantastic kitchen design that am absolutely thrilled with. If you’re visiting the Barrow branch, ask for Georgia — you won’t be disappointed!

I recently ordered a kitchen from the Gloucester branch. James and Cara were so helpful and went above and beyond. The customer service I received was outstanding from start to finish. This was my first time ordering from them and it won’t be the last. James kept me updated every step of the way and couldn’t have been more helpful. I am very happy with my new kitchen. Thank you.

Have had a brilliant service from the Edinburgh branch: can’t recommend them highly enough - an excellent service and very cost effective. A big shout out to Holly who gave very practical advice with fantastic design ideas, and to her colleagues Sean and Francesca. A special thanks to Peter and Jamie who carried a very heavy worktop up 2 flights of stairs without complaint - wanted to post them a tip but not allowed to, which I’m sorry about. And warm thanks to Keith who installed the kitchen between Christmas and new year.

just this minute been into the Shrewsbury trade counter. spoke to a very rude lady, who looked as though she'd rather drink bleach then serve customers.
i have an account with them for years and order the odd item from time to time. I wanted 4 plinth strips, which they don’t stock, which i know, and wanted to order them.
Because I was wearing another kitchen showroom company’s jacket, for who I fit for, she refused to service me because she’d be serving a competitor. Stating that this other company is competition was laughable, quality is for a different kind of customer.
Her name is Rhonda and she is rude and a distasteful person based on our very brief encounter. I sincerely hope this isn’t the level of staff benchmark normally employ and to be honest needs the sack.

Excellent service from Cara and James at Benchmarx in Gloucester. Really happy with the design of our kitchen, utility and larder wall. Originally designed off plan and then checked on site to ensure it would all fit when installed. We made many changes to specification and design, and nothing was too much trouble.

After visiting many kitchen suppliers we chose Benchmarx and very pleased we did. They were extremely helpful with an abundance of patience when we were indecisive of exactly what we wanted.Always polite with a smile and never tried to sell us something we didn’t need or rush us into choosing before we had made our minds up of exactly what we wanted. Many thanks to David and all the team at the Whitstable branch for providing a professional service which was a pleasure to deal with.

We used Benchmarx Rickmansworth and we absolutely love our new kitchen. It was designed by Carly who worked with us to get it spot on! We changed our minds about something last minute and Carly and Charley were able to sort it out. We are very pleased with the units and the service from Benchmarx. Highly recommended.

Minaxi Chandarana at the Staple Corner branch has been absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions patiently, and went above and beyond by even coming out to measure exactly what I needed. Nothing felt like too much trouble and her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out.

The whole experience felt genuinely personal and stress free. Outstanding service from start to finish. I would highly recommend asking for Minaxi if you visit this branch.

After trying a majority of high street kitchen suppliers we've either struggled with price, delivery network or just general poor customer service.

Benchmarx Reading is the first supplier we've come across that deals with all of these factors. We are a building firm that regularly complete kitchen installs and can honestly say that we will be recommending/using Benchmarx kitchens for the foreseeable future.

I cannot praise Josh, from the Benchmarx store in Chelmsford, enough for his patience, time and exceptional design of my kitchen. His attention to detail, response times and knowledge made a potentially stressful project a very smooth process. My kitchen was designed across three areas and I had very specific ideas about what I wanted. Josh made it happen. Just as important was how he checked up on the progress with my fitter to ensure things were going to plan. When there was a slight hiccup, for example when I didn't like the base carcases exposing the quartz worktops inside the cupboards even though this was standard. Josh came up with a solution which gave me the finish I was pleased with at a very minimal extra cost, just needed a few extra shelving lengths. The after care was outstanding and the product itself is quality. I get so many compliments about my new kitchen as it looks fantastic but it is also durable. If you are looking for a new kitchen contact Josh at the Chelmsford branch as he was amazing and the staff at the branch were always so friendly and welcoming, such a pleasure. Thank you

Paul Ramsome at the Norwich branch made the whole process simple and stress free. We walked in without an appointment but were lucky that Paul was free so we sat down and gave him the info and ideas we had. Within a couple of days we had the first design and with a few personal taste tweaks, it was finished. The delivery came exactly when expected and the driver went above and beyond with arranging where to put stuff to ensure easy access as the kitchen was installed. Paul then helped us with every, query, question or additional request. Nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend the whole team highly enough but Paul was the star.

For Benchmarx, Sotherby Rd Middlesbrough. Kitchen design & order. Finally got a kitchen designer, Catherine Newsome, who listened to me and finessed a design that’s everything I want. Very patient, uber helpful advice from her vast experience and was a joy to deal with. Gave me great confidence and assurance that I was finally with the right company. Added bonus is that their kitchen comes rigid built, not flat packed. Quality is as good, if not better than contemporaries and yet at an unbelievable price. Kitchen now ordered and if their units are every bit as professional as their designer, Catherine,( and I see no reason why not,) then I’ll be well pleased. I would highly recommend considering this company and designer if planning your kitchen.
