Tengo casi 1 año solicitando 1 retiro, he escrito por correo y me piden tener paciencia. He ingresado un reclamo, y no hay ninguna respuesta. Nunca depositen en BDSwiss, es una estafa!

Ich habe am 08.08.2025 zum ersten Mal eine Auszahlung beantragt und es seitdem drei Mal versucht. Heute – über einen Monat später – habe ich immer noch kein Geld erhalten. Vom Support kam bis jetzt keine einzige Rückmeldung.

Das Unternehmen verspricht Auszahlungen innerhalb von 2 Tagen – Realität: über einen Monat Funkstille. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Finger weg! Wer hier sein Geld einzahlt, riskiert, es monatelang oder vielleicht sogar nie wiederzusehen.

Калі я спрабаваў звязацца са службай падтрымкі, мне было цяжка атрымаць зразумелыя адказы, і яны зусім не дапамаглі. У выніку я адчуў расчараванне і занепакоенасць з нагоды сваіх сродкаў. Шкада, што я не правёў больш даследаванняў, перш чым звяртацца ў кампанію. У цэлым, зыходзячы з майго досведу, я не рэкамендую BDSwiss. Калі ласка, будзьце асцярожныя, калі думаеце скарыстацца іх паслугамі.

Tengo alrededor de 8 meses solicitando retiros parciales y completos de mi dinero, y ya no contestan.

Já faz mais de um mês que solicitei um saque e até agora o valor não foi liberado. O suporte se limita a respostas automáticas, copiadas e coladas, pedindo paciência e “lamentando o inconveniente”, mas sem nenhuma solução concreta.

Enquanto isso, meu dinheiro continua retido, sem previsão de liberação.
Pela minha experiência, NÃO recomendo esta corretora: falta de transparência, promessas não cumpridas e suporte ineficaz.

very disappointing, never ever use this broker. It was good earlier but now it is "SHIT". My withdrawal is pending since Sep-2024. I am not able to login my account and the customer is always away. There isn't anyone who can help you. No body is responding through email of chat. Scammer
