Octa Trading Conditions
Trading instruments provided by Octa have some of the lowest spreads in the industry. The spreads for both the MT4 and MT5 accounts are floating and start at 0.7 pips. Octa does not charge any deposit/withdrawal commissions. However, there is a markup on the spreads. Clients using the OctaTrader, MT4 or MT5 account do not have to pay swaps.

Octafx a SCAM..... Withdrawal stopped...
I am Ashish Gupta trading in Octa Platform with (MT5 ID 62233770). I am completely frustrated with my experience on this platform. I made a genuine deposit and carried out legitimate trading activity, following all the rules and guidelines. However, when it came time to withdraw my own funds, the situation completely changed.
Suddenly, I was asked to provide a series of irrelevant and excessive details — including source of funds, complete past trading history across other forex platforms, and other unnecessary details that has nothing to do with my withdrawal request. These demands feel unreasonable and seem like deliberate attempts to delay or even deny my withdrawal.
It honestly feels like the platform is trying to find excuses to hold or confiscate user funds rather than processing withdrawals smoothly. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness.
A trading platform should make withdrawals straightforward for verified users, not create obstacles at the last moment. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
I would strongly caution others before depositing their money here. Based on my experience, withdrawing funds may not be as simple as promised.
I suggest everyone not to do trading in this platform, withdraw all your funds and stop trading in these platforms.
Very poor experience. Not recommended at all.

I’ve been trading with Octa since 2024
I’ve been trading with Octa since 2024, and as someone who has been in the trading industry for a long time, I’ve never experienced anything this frustrating.
When I was depositing and losing money, not once was I questioned. Everything went through smoothly with zero issues. But the moment I started making profits and requested a withdrawal, everything suddenly changed. Out of nowhere, they began asking for additional KYC documents—even though my account was already verified.
It has now been two weeks of trying to access my own funds. Two weeks of being passed around between an AI bot and different agents, with no clear answers, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. Every time I follow up, I get the same generic response: “the back office is reviewing it.” No timelines, no updates—just silence and frustration.
I have submitted more than enough documentation—far beyond what was originally requested—and still, there is absolutely no meaningful feedback. It honestly feels like I’m being ignored on purpose.
At this point, I’m beyond disappointed. I’m mentally drained from chasing my own money, and I’m seriously considering just walking away from my funds and deleting my account altogether.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Octa to anyone.

Copy trading loss followed by unfulfilled refund claims from IB
I am sharing my experience with Octa / Elev8 in relation to their copy trading platform.
I participated in copy trading through their app and incurred a loss of approximately USD 10,342.44. Following the loss, I joined a Telegram group that was directly accessible via the platform interface and associated with the strategy provider (Introducing Broker).
In that group, the IB acknowledged issues with the trading activity and indicated that there had been negligence. Subsequently, statements were made suggesting that losses would be compensated or refunded. However, no such compensation was ever provided.
It is also worth noting that some of these statements are no longer visible in the Telegram group, although I have retained records.
When I raised this matter with the company, they denied responsibility on the basis that the IB is a third party, despite the fact that access to the Telegram group was provided within the platform environment.
This matter has since been submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia for review (Case Ref: SC2026-89284), as it raises concerns about how external links and representations are presented within the platform.
I am sharing this so others can better understand the risks associated with relying on third-party communications linked through trading platforms.

(Updated) now it is 5 days ago he is asking stuff documents he is asking for bank statement I have deposited from 3rd party bank account and I gave him utr no. But they denied and says 3rd party deposits are not allowed and there is no mention in deposit procceding absolutely scammers and I will update on trust pilot what will happen on next
