He querido retirar mi dinero desde el año pasado y no se ha podido y no respondierón a mis peticiones ni a la aclaración de por que no me depositaban y pues segui usando la cuenta para no perder lo que descuentan mensualmente, sin embargo el 27 de mayo de este año 2026 ya no podía operar, mande correos para saber que pasaba y no me respondían y hoy me dice mi cuenta que el dinero se retiro, siendo que yo no lo retire, y mando correos de aclaración y no responden y yo no saque el dinero.
No hay teléfono hábil a donde llamar y no me responden, yo quiero mi dinero de vuelta.
No recomiendo este broker para nada, además de que cambio de nombre a BDMarkets.

I have made a deposit of 250€. I receidev an e-mail from BDSwiss support that my active deposti was transferred into TheCopperClub.com without any notice on the process, no information e-mail to notify you that it was going to happen. Now they bought digital copper without my conscent on their TheCopperClub.com platform and the money is blocked for 24 months as they say before going back into a wallet.

I have been trading everyday with BDSwiss for the last month and a half and managed to bring my balance up to $1000 from $500 and then one morning I saw a withdrawal not by me but by BDSwiss of $376 saying its an inactivity fee. Well, when was the account inactive, and what kind of a fee is $376. I have emailed BDSwiss twice and it has been 6 days and literally zero response. Scam at its best. Avoid at all cost. Take your money somewhere else. I am going to try and withdraw all my money from them and go with another broker. Wish me luck people because everyone who has reviewed BDSwiss on Trustpilot say its almost impossible to withdraw. However this is not my 1st rodeo with scam brokers. They will learn a lesson when I go after them.

I am extremely disappointed with BDSwiss.

I requested a withdrawal of [15000$ ] on 5 /08/25, and until today I have received no response or update. My account is fully verified, and there is no valid reason for this delay.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and received no reply. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety of client funds.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate further with regulatory authorities and continue to share my experience publicly.

I urge BDSwiss to process my withdrawal as soon as possible.

My experience with BDSwiss has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
My account number is 90004014 under the name Anwar Ahmed. My account has been completely wiped out and I lost 198,075.65 USD.
For the last 2 years I have been trying to withdraw my funds. First they promised 80 percent, then 50 percent, and now they say the company is in loss and they cannot pay anything.
Their support is very poor. Emails are ignored or they give unclear answers. There is no proper explanation about my funds.
They even sent me an empty statement showing zero balance with no transaction history which is completely unacceptable.
This company cannot be trusted. I strongly advise everyone to stay away and not invest with them.

Nunca pude lograr retirar. teniendo ganancias, habiendo depositado 738 dolares, jamas pude retirar ni 20. El soporte es malisimo, siempre ponen de excusa que esta el equipo trabajando. No uses este broker.

Fraud company Bdswiss operated in uae and stole the money in open broadlight, they kept on delaying the funds stating technical issues and then suddenly closed all my trades, thieves operating in broad daylight. I even reported them to SCA but I believe it’s useless as BDSwiss was one of biggest scam operated in broad daylight and I have lost over 10k usd with them,not only that the time I invested with them and my funds it would never come back

As a leader in the Kenyan trading space, my reputation is built on integrity. I am officially flagging BDSwiss for predatory practices.

Since Sept 2024, they have blocked my withdrawals of $2,602.42. To make matters worse, they just "stole" $1,229.15 from my pending withdrawal as an "inactivity fee." How can an account be "inactive" when I've been begging for my money for over a year?

I have had to pay part of my community out of my own pocket to protect them from this broker's failure.

@BDSwiss, you have to settle my account before I release a full exposé to my entire network and the Kenyan media.
