I am sharing my experience with BDSwiss to warn other traders.

I submitted a full withdrawal request on August 27, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups, the withdrawal has still not been processed. As of today, I received only generic responses referring to “technical issues” or “internal investigations,” without any concrete timeline.

At one point, BDSwiss even deducted an inactivity fee from my account while my funds were blocked due to their own failure to process the withdrawal. This fee was only reversed after I sent a formal compliance notice, which shows that action is possible when sufficient pressure is applied.

As of today, my withdrawal remains in pending for almost 5 months, and my funds are still not released.

I am posting this review in the hope that BDSwiss will finally resolve this matter and to inform other traders about the risks of prolonged withdrawal delays.

I will update this review if and when the withdrawal is successfully completed.

UPDATE!

My bank (Revolut) attempted to contact BDSwiss regarding this unresolved withdrawal, but received no cooperation. The withdrawal requested on August 27, 2025 remains pending.

Final Update: Despite submitting a formal complaint to the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius) and sending multiple formal notices, I have received no response from BDSwiss. My withdrawal of EUR 1,311 requested on August 27, 2025 remains “In Progress” to this date.

Update 02.04.2026 Despite multiple formal emails, a regulatory complaint filed with the Financial Services Commission Mauritius, and further follow-ups sent on 25 March, BDSwiss has stopped responding entirely. My withdrawal request of EUR 1,311 submitted on 27 August 2025 is still marked “In Progress”.

Still no response from the broker or regulator as of 21.04.2025. Withdrawal requested on 27 Aug 2025 remains pending.

FINAL UPDATE 30.04.2026: No response from BDSwiss or FSC Mauritius despite multiple formal attempts. Withdrawal of EUR 1,311 requested on August 27, 2025 still pending. Full documentation available.

This broker is fraudulent, and they are no longer even trying to hide it.

Previously, they falsely claimed that there were technical issues with withdrawals and asked me to wait for the problem to be resolved. However, they have now moved to outright theft.

An unauthorized amount of –5,623.15 was deducted from my trading account without any explanation.
My account number with the broker is 50241788. They have simply deducted and effectively stolen half of my deposit.

They are not even attempting to provide excuses anymore and have completely stopped responding to my messages. This is clear evidence of fraudulent activity.

I request immediate attention to this matter and urgent action.

My withdrawal has been pending for almost one year .I opened multiple support tickets without resolution.I am still waiting for a clear timeframe for my withdrawal.

Its a scam broker
Avoid it at all cost they scam you from the start.
Dont be scamed from their name it does not have any connection with swiss country it has an entity at the worst possible regulators.

Haven't received my withdrawal for over a year

I'm trying to withdraw my balance via "PIX" from a local bank, where there are no withdrawal fees in Brazil, and it keeps denying me, saying there are fees, but there aren't... "The requested amount is lower than the applicable withdrawal fees."

It can happen to anyone, dont lose hope yet.

I have been trying to withdraw from my BDSwiss account (2687970) for 11 Sep 2024, but the withdrawal is still pending. I have contacted support multiple times and even submitted a formal complaint via their complaints email, yet no resolution has been provided.

I have now escalated this issue to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) and expect them to investigate.

I advise no one deposit funds with BDSwiss (Seychelles).

After 15 months, my withdrawal is still on hold. I opened a complaint with Mauritius government, they did nothing. BdSwiss ignores my requestes. I found other 18 clients with the same problem. They are accepting deposits but not honoring withdrawals. And I don't mean profit withdrawals, but my own money. My account is fully verified. Be careful.

Don't deposit any money with this broker if you hope to get it back. I've had an account with this broker since 2022. It was all great until 2024 when I successfully made my last withdrawal. But something happened between then and now because their customer service drastically degraded and withdrawals are no longer possible. In the last email I received from them last week, they stated that they were "facing some unforeseen delays" and my request "is being prioritized to be completed as soon as possible"

How come there are no news, nothing, they just vanished with Billions of dollars from customers and no one is investigating and jailing them for that???

Despite following all procedures and even sending a registered letter (which they acknowledged receiving), I’ve had no success. My emails go unanswered, and there’s been zero follow-up or resolution.

This isn’t just a delay—it feels like deliberate avoidance. When I deposited funds, everything worked smoothly. But now that I’m trying to withdraw, it’s radio silence. I expected better from a regulated broker.

If you’re considering using BDSwiss, I strongly urge you to read recent reviews and think twice. I’m currently exploring legal and regulatory avenues to escalate this issue.
