Bathroom Republic Arvostelua 

I purchased a bidet douche from bathroom republic. The descriptions stated that it included “everything you need” however when we came to install it, there was no valve included. We then ordered a different model from bathroom republic. For the last 3 weeks I have been attempting to get a refund on the original item. Over the last 3 weeks I have emailed them 4 times, sent 3 messages on the contact us form, called 12 times and left 3 voice messages. I have note received a single response back from them and are yet to get a refund.

Today I received an email back from bathroomrepublic. They denied receiving any emails from me even though I have proof of emails being sent. They made no mention of the phone calls and voice messages that were left. To try and weasel your way out of poor customer service is another indication of how bad they are! Further more they have told me I had a month to return an item and must return the item at my cost. It has been longer than a month because they have not responded to me! They know that for an item that’s only £50 I really won’t bother spending my money to return and take this up with the ombudsman. I would warn anyone from using them. Go to bathroom mountain instead or someone else! Honestly it’s not worth the headache!

Placed an order for a replacement shower knob on 25/1/23 through the Ebay shop, all very swift at taking order and money, nearly 3 weeks later still not received it or had any useful communication inspite of my asking numerous times.
Like the previous comment - not under the 10 year guarantee - makes you wonder what is.

Purchased an item 2.5 years ago with a 10 year Warranty. After it developed faults and needed replacing, I contacted them and was told those parts aren't covered, they only have a 1 year Warranty. As there was several issues with the item, I asked which parts were actually covered by the 10 Year Warranty.
I was referred to their Terms & Conditions.
Purchased a full replacement item from a different company (or so I thought) only to find it was the same company operating under different names.
Found them very misleading. Item still listed as 10 Year Warranty with no exclusions but you have to read the T's and C's - obvious really (NOT)!

5 stars service from the staff, quick delivery. I will recommend Bathroom Republic and will use them myself in future projects.

I ordered replacement shower or our shepherds hut due to frost damage. The order did not come the following week as indicated but the following day. Good service.

Parcel arrived later than stated, i chased it on many ocassions - one person said they couldnt find my order despite receiving confirmation from them! Trying to return it but no answer on telephone to customer services, no replies to 3 emails either, awful company

Good price for the tap and very prompt delivery.

Wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order! Ordered on line. Had email to say delivery would be next day. Emailed at noon next day asking for rough time of delivery. Then get an email to say delivery is day after which was inconvenient. Tried to change it but was told had already been collected. Took several attempts to get through and customer service wasn’t very helpful at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. Why do companies assume delivery dates are acceptable without checking with customers first?? It’s so frustrating!!!!

Good response to emails and really helpful with my query.

We bought a shower screen from them in July and had it professionally fitted and within 5 weeks the glass door panel came away falling on my son and causing significant bruising and shock , it was so heavy to lift off him . The company when I asked for a refund apologised and offered a replacement which we decided to accept . 4th october we were told it was ordered and still not received . Further temporary measures were taken to fix the door so we could shower but this had twice more fallen off and again caused bruising to my son who was using at the time . I chased again today and said we’ve had enough and want a refund to be told it’s out of the refund period , no real apology for the trauma or inconvenience so we have been in touch with trading standards as not fit for purpose . Some customer service was initially very apologetic and helpful but todays response from Sian was an insult . We will fight for a refund but in the meantime , please don’t buy from them .

I have never received the parcel, I ve contacted the currier which said that it was delivered to my neighbour which was not true, I have reported it to bathroom republic which showed me a picture of a door with a parcel delivered, which wasn't my door. They then requested to see a picture of my door, which I sent, but they still said that they won't help has the currier said that it was delivered. and note that their phone does not work, no one ever answer, it just keep ringing. But of course this will not end here, I will get my money back at all cost.
