Avoid this company they do not reply to emails or give you any tracking information they do not have a customer services line you ring their number and it goes to a BT VOICEMAIL didn’t answer once. I do not think they are a legitimate companyand Amazon need to seriously change stocking their products. Items arrived damaged but as I didn’t know when my order was coming (at all) I had to to use what turned up as I already had a plumber booked in a few days after delivery took nearly two weeks.

I had a terrible experience with Nes Home. I ordered a "Top Flush" toilet combo (705mm length) for £226.99. As soon as my order was placed, I noticed they immediately increased the price of the same item to £252.99.
When the item arrived, it was completely wrong: it was a "Front Flush" model and the size was only 650mm, making it unfit for my project. The seller formally admitted their listing was "misleading" but then claimed they had "no stock" to provide an exchange.
However, I found they are still selling the exact same item on their own website and B&Q at the higher price! It seems they intentionally sent the wrong item and are now using "no stock" as a false excuse to avoid honoring the original lower price. To make matters worse, they tried to extort a £50 "exchange fee" from me to fix their own mistake, which violates the Consumer Rights Act.
Beware of this seller. They provide false information and will try to charge you for their errors. Avoid at all costs!

We are very satisfied with both, especially with Rachel, who was our contact person at customer care and the way they handled our case. Additionally, the furniture itself is a good quality. I bought a full Toilet from this seller which was sold via B&Q. Once problem raised with flush, overflow, button and internal machanism issue their response was slow. While I was loosing water day and night and could not sleep at night for the toilet being in the bedroom suite and constently discharging, they told me to take video and pictures. I already had to spend money to buy full internal machanism for flush system and still did not reslove full issue. Still waiting for their response. I have even offered to take the full toilet to B&Q for a refund as I already had 3 callouts from plumber and new parts.

There was a minor issue, but the support team were extremely helpful and resolved it quickly.

3 in 1 boiling water tap purchased, tap installed and leaks from spout collar!! No contact no, or live chat link available as stated on website!! Unable to speak to anyone to resolve problem or offer a solution!!

Quick delivery and the taps work great. Stylish and functional and I even got money off from a bank holiday offer.
Very cheap quality and sizes were smaller than expected.
They did fit my shower screen but I had to modify the screws for longer ones.
Absolutely appalling service from this company. Ordered two packs of ceiling cladding, one pack damaged the other pack discoloured. Still waiting on customer service getting back to us after numerous phone calls and emails. Avoid buying through B&Q, they are quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to help you. So angry

Bought a vanity unit which started to get water damage after several months after being installed.For something that is designed for a bathroom isn’t fit for purpose.At first correspondence appeared positive with customer service person Rachel, who confirmed a faulty product and replacement agreed of the drawer front, however despite several emails and 4 months later no drawer front has been replaced and now we are just ignored by the company
At first I was cautious using the company after reading so many reviews, but thought couldn’t be that bad. First issue landed when the bath panel and bath end panel were received, which were damaged. Made contact via email and although it took some time for a reply, they sent out replacements…which were again damaged. Emailed again and received a refund for these as 2 sets arrived damaged. Fast forward some time and with delays with bath panels and the usual issues with installing a bathroom the completion date was delayed and the bath was finally installed. After a few days the film/paint started to come away from the bath plug hole (Matt black overflow kit) and raised this issues with them, again via email. As this is outside of the 30 days, as described in their website, I have not been issued with a refund after multiple emails, explaining delays and the fact that the item is faulty, they have insisted this is taken out and returned. This incurs cost with plumbers to come out to take the faulty item out and leaves me without a bath, despite sending multiple images and videos via email to them with the faulty item. Clearly the item is faulty when this happened after a few days/uses you do not expect this to happen with a brand new bathroom suite. Utterly disappointed and wish I had gone with my gut instinct and not purchased from this company. Would not recommend. Please just be aware that faulty items outside of the 30 days will not be refunded, you will have to send back and wait for this to be inspected before even being looked at for a refund.
Absolute disgrace! Item was delivered 4 days late & it was delivered damaged. Been on a week trying to get a replacement. Apparently you need to give them 48 WORKING HOURS to respond!!

I ordered a product from the B&Q website, it arrived later than originally stated on website, when it arrived, it was broken. Contacted B&Q and was forwarded on to the supplier of the product NES Home. NES home expect me to be a time traveller and provide photos of how the product arrived? They conduct 48 hour 'investigations' on what broken products look like and then delay any communication by offering exchanges instead of the requested refund. B&Q pass the buck and don't help at all, NES Home are asleep at the wheel.
