Order arrived late and the bottles were leaking, they didnt even try to package the products well. One body gel was almost empty, it only had aroun 1/8 of liquid... Contacted customer support through chat and the AI kept closing my chat and disconnecting my case.

I wrote them on email about 4 times that i have mistaken the phone number and nothing was done. I wanted to cancel my order but the damn website wouldn’t let me log into my account. Such a horrible management and customer service.

I've been trying since Saturday to place an ordet. Items were in cart until a few minutes ago
Spent numerous hours on hold byt yeti got a text yesterday about Items in the cart. Been a customer for 36 plus years now. Items are gone now

The worse website in the world. I spent 2 hours trying to order items from their after Christmas sale. Every time I tried to order I was told (after checkout not before) that some items were unavailable and my order wasn't processed. I deleted the out of stock items and tried to order again. They tell you when ordering it's in stock but once you place the order some items are out of stock. This could go on and on. I finally gave up. I was trying to reach a $100.00 order for free shipping but couldn't get there. Now I'm on the phone with Customer Service but I think that will be another problem. Never again!!! I was using a gift card however, it was never used so I hope I still have the gift card to use in store. This wasn't the first time I tried to purchase on line with issues. It will be my last time.
Just came back from the store. Bath and Body Works has excellent in store employees. Thanks to them and not the website I was able to get all the products I tried ordering on line.

They always claim things are on sale. After adding items to cart and clicking checkout, they claim my account is incorrect. (I definitely know my password) I then attempt to checkout using PayPal and get informed that the item is out of stock. I'll never understand how they stay in business?!?

Love buying in store pick-up, however their customer service can never assist me with my needs!! I placed an order for in store pick up and some items were cancelled even though it let me add to cart. I contacted customer service because I really wanted my items and they were not able to help ship those items with my discount code or offer me free shipping!! They can only offer one or the other !! Poor Policies

I am born and raised in anchorage alaska I look forward to the semi annual sales one which is right after Christmas and the other is in the spring. Every year I spend aprox 200.00 or more at both. This year at the Christmas sale I am not buying anything . This year the sale right after Christmas was the worse one I can ever remember. The scents that were put on for 4.99 were very weak smelling and the few I liked they did not even have in the sprays . I wondered is bath & body works going out of business or is there not a marketing person that knows what they are doing ?? It seems like that some of the ones that I really liked are gone i.e. Brightest Bloom, Dahlia lots of others. I also remember that there were many other scents that were included in the previous sales. Not just the throw backs that did not sell ? This year they did not include many other scents. Some of the scents they included were not priced at the special annual sale they were marked buy 3 get one free. REALLY ????? This is not an annual sale looks like you are hurting as a business !! If you keep doing this you will be going out of business ! Do not even bother having Annual
Sales would be my suggestion!!!!!! Thanks for your time …. Wondering what is the annual spring sale going to look like…. Hope it’s not a repeat of the Christmas sale!!!!!!! Some suggestions I have are get a new marketing manager or a new manager who is in charge of the annual sales…. They both need to find new jobs elsewhere !!!!!

Horrible horrible website! The app isn't any better. Slow to load practically unusable didn't want to take my credit card told me my email wasn't recognized etc etc. I literally had almost $150 in my car. They can shove it.... I'm completely done with bath and body now after years and years.

It was wrong because it said 75% off everything and that was in fact not true and had to pay over $60 for not so many things. This was very embarrassing and outrageous. Do better im in fact not coming back anymore!.😡

Worst costumer service ever!!!! I spend 3 hours trying to get help I talked with 5 people and any of the could give me a solution that the same company cause because they cancelled my order and they weren’t able to give me back my rewards. Took 5 people to do that I lose 3 hours for the worst costumer service and not even of that a girl called MARY was so disrespectful and rude and she was not able to help me and once that I say that I need to contact with a supervisor she just close our chat help. Worst experience on costumer service even knowing that I work on that. I will never order again in that website. Poor knowledge of the workers because one says something and the next one was saying that they couldn’t help me. They make me lose time and patience because most all the doesn’t even know what they were doing. The only one that help me and took her 5 minutes to do it was Jennifer thanks to her I don’t spend another hour more trying to get help!!! Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

Resolved after posting negative review on Facebook.

I placed an order for 25 items ($170). They shipped the incorrect order and I received 4 fine fragrance mists. I have contacted them numerous times and they refused to resend my order since fedex shows the package delivered. I’ve sent pictures of the delivery, measurement of the box including the tracking number, and the items received. To date I’ve managed to get them to refund $13.09 for 2 items no longer available and a refund in the amount of $65.44. This is not even close to the amount of the items that I purchased. the refund amount should have been $150.54 (163.63-13.09). I am still out $85.10 for items that were not shipped to me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Placed an order online and before leaving town I stopped to pick it up, and was told it would be later before i could pick it up. Thats it, no specific time..couldnt grab my few items for me and get me out of there, nothing. And not that I wanted special treatment, but I was there and the people on the list ahead of me were not..why couldnt they take the 2 mins and get my items so I could leave town. But the fact that they were completely rude about it and made me stand at the register for now going on 30 mins is ridiculous! They could have told me a hundred other ways that would have been nicer than what they did. Do not shop Alexandria, LA bath and body!! Rude associates and customer service!!

I ordered online on December 12th order was excepted to arrive on the 21st. I called the online support and the are giving me the run around. Said they reorder my product but gave me the original tracking number of the lost product ponding it off as the new tracking number. I am beyond frustrated.

I ordered the morning of a sale right when I woke up. A week or so later I got an email saying my entire order was canceled because they didnt have stock. Why could I order it in the first place?!

I was in the Midlothian store and had spent a lot of money In store I contacted the company through messenger asking why I didn’t get the free gift if you spent over an certain amount I spent over $120 on contacting them on messenger I feel they didn’t even care about my gift and I contacted them over a three day period and they haven’t responded back to me I am totally disgusted with this customer service and would advise you not to shop there

I ordered a gift card on 12/4, it says it shipped on 12/5, and 17 days later there's not even a shipping update. I go on the website and chat with the help desk, they said I'll get a replacement in 3-5 days, and of course when I chat with them again they have no record of that. So I call today, and they said the best they can do is do a refund, they can't even send me a digital gift card, I will never order from this place again

I would leave a zero if I could. BBW is only consistent at disappointing customers in online shipping. I wasted over 4 hours on phone calls and chats to find where my missing Christmas gift order was. Not a single person was able to help me other than its pending. I was told they could reship expedited by one client service person but then to find out that was a lie. I ordered this 12/12 with shipping to arrive by 12/20. No updates letting me know there was a delay. The absolute worth customer experience ever and I’m actually shocked they are still in business. I give them maybe 1-2 years before they claim bankruptcy like many other retailers with terrible customer support and policies. My order was $150 and I was told no refund could be given until delivery. Boycott them at all costs!

I had the worst experience ordering from their website. Never again! They don't tell you they're out of a product until you put it in your cart. Two items went missing in my cart. 😡. The next day when trying to login, they didn't recognize my password. I had a chat with Mona, who was no help at all, and would never answer my question of why I had to change it. She said she sent a link to my email to change it. She didn't. I tried again to sign in and it worked with my password. This company has no idea what they're doing! They are all idiots!

I would rate them a zero if i could. I ordered some of there fragrant hand soap on line, 11 days later they emailed me and said that they had to cancel half my order. What kind of outfit are they? I'm very upset not because of them canceling half my order,but for taking so long to tell me, and how long it takes to ship my order. I will never order from them again period.

Worst company to order online from. I placed order on 12/15 took them a week to process my order now my Christmas present will not arrive on time and it’ll arrive on the 26 now but when I ordered said the 22nd had to purchase something else to give as present since items won’t arrive on time.This is the second time thought I give them a second chance but definitely won’t bother again. Now to deal with return at store 😒
