i've been a big fan of Twisted Peppermint body wash until this year. very disappointed. the fragrance is very weak. its not worth using.

This companies products are nice but the Conpany’s respect for consumers is horrific. They grant rewards that are NOT able to be fully utilized.18.95 rewards can never be fully appreciated since the company has a full set of exceptions leaving only a few products that are eligible as rewards. Those items are much less than what they advertise consumers will be able to get once they spend a certain amount of money. It’s deceiving and truly a stain on them

The manager is very rude. She's new at Lakeside Mall. Don't go there. Better off goin to bbw at westgate

Poor customer service
Take thousands of orders through the sales and then claim a month later that things are sold out (after putting them back to full price after the sales).
No one can update you on order status and talking to customer service is like trying to talk through a pillow to a munchkin. Can’t understand them and they say wait another week. So poor. Won’t be ordering again.
Do not recommend.

A traumatic event happened and bbw reneged on the refund compensation!
A male driver from bbw's courier company, opened my front door and walked in on me while I was adjusting my sweater!
Long story short, I was told that I would be receiving a full refund. I was assured by 3 customer service agents that it was processed and even got a ticket number as proof.
But after not receiving the email confirmation, a fourth agent told me that the refund was NOT PROCESSED and I would NOT be receiving a refund!!
NO FURTHER COMPENSATION HAS BEEN OFFERED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, NOT EVEN THE SHIPPING COSTS!!!!
SHAME ON YOU BBW!!!!!!

UPDATE:
Today(January 28th), bbw's insurance company got back to me with an offer of a "courtesy" gift card!?! BUT I WOULD NEED TO SIGN A RELEASE FORM!!!!
I REFUSED!!!!!!!!!
I HAVEN'T SINCE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM BATH AND BODY WORKS AGAIN!!!!!!
THEY OBVIOUSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE INCIDENT IS SERIOUS ENOUGH TO ADDRESS, BUT
ACCOUNTABILITY SHOULDN'T COME WITH A CATCH!!!!
IF THEY REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, THEY WOULD HAVE OFFERED THE FULL REFUND!!!!!!

I ordered online on December 29th, 2025. December 29th, 2025, 2:33 PM $67.01. I contacted Bath & Body Works, asking when I would receive an order number. They said they never received my order. The money was paid from my M/C. Bath & Body Works took my payment, but they will not ship my order because they claim they never received it. Actually, that is stealing. Very, very sad. Bottom line, I paid for this order that I will never receive. I will never order online again from Bath & Body Works.

Most annoying, temperamental website. Change your password & then it says that your email or password is incorrect. Try 3 times and "you need to change your password". Create the password "can't use the previous password". Finally get past that to login and...."Something went wrong. Try again!" Over and over and over. Interesting enough this time, it's happening when you try to process a return." Happening over many days.

AND I'm not clearing cache or whatever they say. I don't have any issues with any other online logins. Fix your website.

Almost 3 weeks later and my order has not been shipped. I've ordered many times from them, always during holiday seasons as well because that's when their sales were the best. Always shipped a week later max. I've emailed multiple times with no response as to why there is a delay. Their facebook says to message if you have any issues.. Which then directs you to their email. So helpful.

Their chat support is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they are doing and you’re talking to a foreigner. With all the people that need jobs in America that is disgusting. Especially since they have no idea how to do their job. I had ordered a lot of items for their semi annual sale. One of the boxes got damaged in transit and it was sent back to them before I made it to my house. I contacted support about me wanting them to resend the items again. The last wanted me to name all 30 items in the box. How hard is to look at the order and see what’s missing? She said she would reship. She only sent out 8 items of the 30! When I talked to another representative when I saw what happened she told me a few items were no longer in stock. She refunded me on the 4 items and said she would resent out the other missing ones. Once again I get only a few items sent to me. Still had 12 items missing and no more shipments coming. Again I have to get on chat. The guy with some Indian name tells me I have already been refunded. I then have to go over the WHOLE thing again. Of course I had to name all the items missing. How ridiculous. Also plan on spending a good hour in chat each time. They either don’t respond and you have to open a new chat with someone else, or they take forever to get back to you. I ended up getting a refund but I would of rather had someone’s do their job right and got my items. Especially beings this was the semi annual sale. Waste of time.

Placed an order 31st of December and it still hasnt arrive. No response from customer service either. As if today, I have not receive my order yet.

I never received my order. I spent a significant amount. I called customer service and the woman was rude could have cared less. I decided to go to the store with my receipt. The team working acted like children. Could not have a conversation. All I wanted was someone to look into the order. No refund no products. The girl was whispering in the coworkers ear to get my receipt. I walked out frustrated. My granddaughter and I use to love going there. Not anymore. I still haven't gotten my products. What disappointed me the most was the look on my granddaughters face.

If I could give them them a -0 I would. Its hard to get anyone to talk too, them trying to get replacements orders after being sent damaged or tester sprays is ridiculous!. It takes fir ever to receive them and then you either receive the wrong product or it's damaged again!. Then you call back and they tell you the scents are sold out and want to give you the Christmas scents or if you want some else they'll charge you shipping. They went in my account deleted my stuff in my cart messed it up to where I could use my coupon or anything I earned or check out . Customer service said there was nothing they could do cause they were having technical issues!. Now everything I wanted is sold out due to they're mess up!!!. This online /Customer service sucks and needs to be revamped and get actually people who know what they're talking about and doing and that you can understand. I still cant submit an order!!. That lady never should've been in my account messing around.

First time purchasing from B&BW on line and won't do it again. It has taken so long just to ship it out. It should ship out in a day or 2 at most. If I didn't want the things for bday gifts I would cancel the whole thing. Ridiculous placed order on Jan 1st. I placed 3 orders elsewhere and received all of those items already.

I love your products. But they have horrible chemicals in them. I hope for this new year, you can make some of your products “clean”! It is so important that we are putting clean products on our skin, on our bodies and in the air that we breathe. And most of your products have horrible toxins in them. Please look into this and make your products safer for our families.

I ordered items on nov 21, 2025 and have still not received my items. Have made multiple calls to bath and body works. Have been refused supervisors.

Issue is with product itself. I went in store to look around and I got blue butterfly matching car scent holder and wallflower plug. My issue is with the wallflower plug turned out to be a night light with no way to turn it off. The light was so bright it basically lit up my entire 12x14 room. I kept on waking up in the middle of the night to the point of going online to try to find resolution. What I found has basically nothing on how to turn the light function off unless I unplug it at nights. Thank you for listening to my midnight Ted talk that was written less than 24 hours of owning the product.

This place is trash i bought gift cards this year and they didnt even work…. So embarrassing. Im pissed and wasted my money

Les spéciaux en magasin mal identifiés versus les promotions en ligne qui ne sont pas les mêmes, mais qui le devrait. Si on prend les produits le long du mur versus ceux au centre du magasin évidemment le prix ne concorde pas. Je vous suggère de compter vos articles car il m’est arrivé que le tout ne concordait pas. Dernièrement mon 4iem produit n’ a pas été gratuit tel qu’indiqué pas la promotion, j,ai du retourner ne magasin. Aujourd’hui promotion en ligne ne respectait pas celle en magasin par contre si j’avais commandé elle aurait été admissible c’est inconcevable. J’ai tout annulé lors de la transaction à la caisse. Déçu mais plutôt frustré de faire profiter de moi.

Compagnie Américaine, maintenant c’est terminé, ils ne profiteront plus de moi.

My entire family use to swear by shopping for Christmas at Bath and Body but they are just HORRIBLE now. The shipping is horrible, things are just thrown in boxes, they may or may not arrive and damaged items are a 75% probability.
My son placed an order on 8 December, was supposed to arrive WELL before Christmas, nothing, then stated it was running late, now 31 December it has still NOT arrived.
Bath and Body has become a crappy company who at one time was a decent company with decent products. Now however they just have mediocre to poor customer service and sell entirely too many useless products instead of the quality products they once did. Ordering online is a waste of time which will result in numerous issues and a headache trying to get them resolved. Not sure what happened to this company but it has definitely lost our business.
