The Basement Sump and Pump Co Arvostelua

Had Martin round today for a routine service. Really friendly guy, sorted things out pretty quickly and fully explained what he had done, couldn’t ask for more.

Martin sorted the problem with our sump with no fuss... great job and back up and running in no time! Thanks so much for your help Martin!

Martin was excellent. Explained what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do to correct it. Then tested his work to prove it had worked. Very impressed.

My husband booked a service after our courtyard pump stopped working. Martin the service engineer arrived the next morning. He couldn't have been more helpful. He worked out that the pump was working fine, but we had electrical issues with the socket it was plugged in to. He connected the pump to another socket and even extended our extention lead to do that ! He couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely recommend the company, very quick, very thorough and very helpful.

First rate service from start to finish. Very pleased.

Martin arrived on time. He was very friendly, efficient and tidy. Everything was explained clearly. Would recommend. Liz

Martin attended my home and installed a sump pump in my cellar. A few weeks in and the cellar is dry and it is doing the job. Martin was fantastic and explained everything. He is a credit to the company.

However the cost was ridiculous. Over £3k for three quarter of a days work and the pump/pipes. was very disappointed with the price.

Excellent service from Martin going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our pump was properly grounded and safe to use. Explained carefully what he was doing and gave advice about another pump we have. Highly recommend.

Martin, the engineer was very friendly and helpful explaining what he'd done regarding servicing our basement pumps and showing pictures before and after. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Excellent service from Martin. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, he explained everything clearly and sorted our problem quickly. Will definitely use again, thank you.

I have been using this company to service our cellar pumps for 15 years. Always professional service from Martin the engineer who visits every year. Today he’s installed two new pumps with a battery back up - quick, clean and timely installation

Martin provided a great service. He was on time, efficient and tidy and explained everything very clearly.

Martin provided his usual efficient, professional and friendly service and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend the service he provides. Thank you

James was excellent from start to finish, both in the careful consideration of the work needed and in the process of doing the job. He also left everything clean and tidy and was friendly, professional company at all times. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Martin showed up this morning - we found his service to be excellent. He was polite, attentive and helpful. Any questions were answered. He carried out the service and showed us the readings providing reassurance that all was operating as it should. Thanks Martin.

What an excellent service we had from Martin yesterday! He was very friendly, very efficient, knew exactly what he was doing, fixed the problem, checked everything and left it all clean and tidy. I wish all technicians were as good.

Liam came and did a good job. As was about to leave he checked all done and I asked him about the hanging pump outside the basement. His first time and he didn’t know about that one but got his kit out again with no bother and checked that one too. Just as well as electric supply needs replacing. Good job thoroughly done and nice guy with it.

Arranged service on cellar pump that had not been looked at for several years. Prompt and professional service from both the office staff and Martin, who came to do the job. He was very knowledgeable and offered very useful advice. Very happy with company and would recommend.

Excellent customer service from both the staff in the office and the engineer who visited, annual service was arranged really quickly, engineered who visited site was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Its a pleasure dealing with such a great company. Thank you

Pure profiteering, I asked for a quote for a sump pump with no channels. Just to pump out the water in my basement.

No electric work it’s all ready there, I’ve had 3 quotes two and 1.5k and these at £3100 plus vat.

Really !!!
