5/5 Gold

I cannot fault the service we’ve had from Paragon Pumps. Our pump isn’t the most straight forward but we’ve had amazingly swift call outs, the guys are so polite and friendly, and the team have really gone above and beyond to solve our issues. Highly Recommended.

We recently used Paragon Pumps for sump pump remedial work and the installation of a backup pump, and we were extremely pleased with the service provided. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was understanding while we navigated the necessary steps on our side. We are very happy with the outcome and the peace of mind that comes with having a reliable backup system in place. I would highly recommend Paragon Pumps to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy contractor.
