The Basement Sump and Pump Co Arvostelua

I contacted these guys after a flood in our basement destroyed our old pump, which was installed by the previous owners of our house - it's age and installer were a mystery and the system was not properly maintained; hence the failure.

Emma dealt with my case and was fantastic in answering all my questions and forwarding technical queries on to the lead technician. Her response time and professionalism were excellent. Liam attended to fit the system and was polite, respectful of our home and explained everything very clearly. He also advised on some updates to our electrics which would safeguard further against any future failures.

Overall I was incredibly impressed with the Basement Sump and Pump Co as an outfit, and we are now the confident owners of a fully upgraded and modernised sump pump system. The whole process was very slick and stress free. I find it rare to be so pleasantly surprised - worth its weight in gold!

I look forward to the ongoing support offered by both Emma and Liam, although hopefully we will not need it!

Got in touch with Basement sump pump
Company and Chloe was great and arranged for James come round to assess the current pump. We are now in the process of having a new pump installed in August 2925. The whole experience with the company has been great. Looking forward to having the sump pump fitted 😊

Liam and Martin replaced two pumps for me today, handling extensive pipe and electrical work. The job was done professionally, quickly and they kept the worksite clean and tidy.

Communication was great throughout, they explained what they were doing and why. They were thorough and ensured everything was working properly before finishing up.

I’d happily recommend them to friends and family.

Liam arrived promptly, got into the job quickly, work fast and efficiently, kept me informed and generally helped me understand what's happening.

Liam visited earlier to carry out a service - was extremely helpful, humoured all of my layman’s questions and provided solutions to potential issues.

Recommended!

Extremely professional, called to book a service for our basement pump, communication was great and appointment booked promptly. Martin attended and he is a credit to the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Basement Sump and Pump and will be using them moving forward.

Our pump failed between services and even though they were short of engineers Emma managed to get someone to us the next day - she got Damian the engineer to call to tell us how to bail the sump out until he could get to us. Damian called in advance, arrived on time and did a good job. Definitely recommend

We called Basement Sump and Pump having had all sorts of problems following installation of sump pumps by another company. Beth and Emma were very quick to respond to our initial enquiry. Damian, the engineer, was very professional and could not have been more informative and helpful. He called in advance to give us an ETA, he was very thorough and answered all of our questions.

I had a sump pump installed around 16 years ago, it went wrong a couple of weeks ago and this company replaced it with a new one. Martin came (on time) to do the work, he was friendly and kind and showed me photos to explain what he had done. The response to my first call for help was quick and the work was done within a few days.

Damien and Martin installed a sump pump in our cellar. They were very clean and tidy, answered all the questions I had
The sump along with associated plumbing and electrical work was positioned installed in optimum places bearing in mind existing pipework and plumbing and to minimize impact on storage.
The finished job could not be better

Martin from Basement sump and pump did a great job servicing my twin sump and pump system. He was very thorough and ensured everything was left working as well as possible.
I would highly recommend and would use this company again.

Martin was on time, really knowledgeable and helped explain how my pump actually worked. He conducted a thorough job and I’m reassured by the service. Would use the company again.

Liam turned up on time, was polite and tidy. Did an absolutely thorough job on twin pump system x2 and checked thru all the electrics paying attention to the alarms. He cleaned up afterwords having recorded all his information required for my report. So rare to receive such a great service at such a fair rate.

1- Received reminder that service was due.
2-Easy to make appointment for Engineer's visit.
3-Damian (the engineer) arrived on time. Very pleasant and efficient. He explained the work carried out and advised re upgrade. A satisfying experience.

Brilliant efficient company. Martin fitted my sump pump and did an excellent job. Martin explained the process and showed me how the pump worked and explained what he had done. I feel more reassured now knowing my sump pump has been fitted by proffesionals.

Basement Sump and Pump have serviced our pumps twice now.
I've been impressed that Chloe has proactively reminded us that service was due and she was very efficient in organising it.
The engineer was Martin on both occasions. Most recently he contacted me by phone to ask if he could arrive early. He was triendly and efficient. He Kept me informed of what he was doing.
The invoice came a week after the work was done and it was easy to pay over the phone.
On my experience I would highly recommend this company.
