What a corrupt bank with almost everyone .specially lockers Heads.
I am over seas Pakistani and had locker with this bank for the last 20 years upon my return I found out that they stole my several tolas of jewelery and now they are saying do whatever you can do I also registered my compliant on different platforms but no response so my suggestion to all particularly over seas Pakistani pls keep your self away from this bank

I visited Bank Alfalah’s Islampura branch to open a Premium Account as a Non-Resident Pakistani (NPR), expecting professionalism and clarity from one of Pakistan’s leading banks. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but that.

Despite a deposit of required PKR 3 million, I will handed a basic PayPak debit card, not the premium Alfalah Black card or anything close to what the term “Premium Account” should offer. What’s even more shocking is that to avail the perks of the actual premium card, I was told I need to pay extra or exchange the card later — a detail not explained by the bank representatives at all.

Over a period of two frustrating weeks, I kept visiting the branch repeatedly, only to find out they didn’t even have the Signature card stock required to process a Premium Account. It’s unbelievable that a major bank in 2025 lacks the basic stationery and cards needed for premium services.

To make matters worse, I received a message today from the bank representative (who honestly tried her best), saying that no one at the bank can confirm the exact charges, and she can discard my account details if I wish, because she refuses to give misleading information.

While I appreciate her honesty, the overall service from Bank Alfalah has been shockingly poor. No transparency, no communication, and no infrastructure to support what they advertise as premium banking.

In short:
• Misleading premium account benefits
• Repeated delays and unprofessionalism
• Zero clarity on card charges
• No premium card availability
• Wasted two weeks for nothing

Avoid Bank Alfalah, especially the Islampura branch. This is not premium banking — it’s a joke in the name of service. Scam-level experience for NPRs looking to invest and bank seriously in Pakistan.

I initially had a positive impression of this bank, but after interacting with the staff, I’m deeply disappointed. The staff were not only unhelpful but also displayed arrogance and a lack of basic communication skills. This experience has completely changed my view of the bank for the worse.

Bohat he gatiya service hai inki 2 week say mari app main issue a raha hai saving account say pasy nahi nikal rahy helpline pa call karo tho kehty hain branch visit karin branch visit karo tho kehty hain helpline pa call karin ap logon say yah issues nahi solve hoty tho mat banyan asi apps poor service

Unfortunately, the quality of Alfalah Roshan Digital Service is extremely poor, and the staff seem highly unprofessional. We have submitted multiple requests and forms to the bank regarding reactivation of our account and updating our phone number. Sadly, the staff appears to lack not only attention to detail but also the necessary experience to handle such matters effectively.

Wo new card bhi nahi dy rahy aur paisy bhi kat ley hain. Scam kr rahy hain.

I’m very old customer Alfalah is good but branch staff is unprofessional they give hard time to me many times Alfalah should take serious step towards this

Wow bank alfalah have stole my money out of my account saying it's fees, fees for what exactly was just putting money in.
Hard to even get in touch with them they have whatsapp support which is rubbish.
Don't bother with this bank of you would like to keep your money

I attempted to open a Roshan Digital Account online, but I had an extremely frustrating experience with a person named Yasir Iqbal. Despite uploading all the required documents to the system, he repeatedly rejected my profile without properly reviewing them. The service was incredibly disappointing, and his incompetence was astonishing. Individuals like this contribute to tarnishing the reputation of an entire nation.

I've been a loyal Bank Alfalah credit card holder since 2020, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen emergency hospitalization, I missed my last payment. Despite my excellent credit history, my request to reverse the penalty was rejected, leaving me extremely disappointed with the bank's customer service, which failed to support a long-standing customer.

This is Wah Cantt Branch and out of 4 Counters only 1 or 2 are working. Which takes very long time

The new app infrastructure is the worst it literally sucks so bad. I have been trying to transfer to pay my credit card bill and its not activated (thats my personal choice). Turns out I can’t pay the bill unless I activate the card. It wasn’t like this before. On top of that, I have been trying to reach out to them. I can’t do that either because I can’t directly reach out to them with emails and stuff. And now they call my family up personally to ask for the money. So unprofessional. Please change this app infrastructure. It’s infuriating.

Iska naam Alflah nhi Aflullah hona chahiye. Ghatia tareen bank, ghatiya staff, itni koi gandi gaaliyan dene ko dil kr raha hai inko. Mera to salary account hai is ghatiya bank mein. Wrna me is bank pe thookta bhi nhi. Bhaiyo! Koii is bank me account na khulwaye. Life saving advice hai.

Bank alfalah ki helpline support ko bat krny ki tameez ni. Phaly ye call attend ni krty 20 mint jab attend kr ly aj tk koi issue solve ni kiya. Ghatia service ha koi account open na krway. Mere sy galti ho gai account open krwa ky phas gya na koi transaction ho rhi ha or na ye solve kr rhy hn issue.

The Alfalah banking app sucks. I have been trying to transfer money and I can’t even enter more than three digits. Don’t know what is always going on with this app! Pathetic service.

Very very poor services from bank alfalah i totally disagreed with you i called your helpline number aboy 10 hours ago but not picked my call on the other my credit card is used by any other unknown person my card misuse by some one but you are not picked my call what the guys😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My experience at Alfalah Bank in Khayaban e firdosi near UCP was so so good. The service was amazing. Specially a lady Ms Kiran, she's fab. She was so polite and calm and I wish people to be like her.

Gatya bank gatya service or sasta Nasha kar ka bhata Hàn helpline pata nhi state bank in Kay opposite action q nhi leta tha bank ka name pa mazak Han 😡😡😡

This is world's top class tatti bank.
Just waiting for my RDA thing to sort out once it's done will transfer all my money to HBL.
I have told all my friends & family never even think of this bank.
