Amazing experience.
My son fell in love with children's Trek bike and did not want to leave the shop without it. The shop staff and mechanic was very efficient with preparing the bike for the road.

Took my electric bike in on a Monday morning after booking a drop off service online. Was really hoping I had found a miracle shop that dealt with Shimano batteries and was so easy for me to get to. Such a disappointment!!! Bike was not even looked at for almost a whole week and no one even called me to keep me updated. I had to keep calling everyday and in the end had to pick up my bike unserviced after wasting a whole week without any apology and just the explanation that they were short on a mechanic!!! Cannot recommend and will not return!!

Recently purchased a bike via the cycle2work scheme. Balfe’s fulham made the process really easy. After discussing some options, a test ride was arranged which was very useful when deciding on which model to go for. Once decided, the bike was built to order and customised with additional extras free of charge.

I booked my bike in for a routine service, dropping it off in-store in the appointed time slot. Two days later they hadn't even looked at the bike and it turns out that they don't start work on your bike until 3 or 4 days after they receive it. If you need your bike for travel during that time then tough! I took my bike away again unserviced. Very disappointed indeed and I will not waste my time with these people again.
