The meat isn't bad tasting
The meat isn't bad tasting, the steaks are very thin. I get 1/2 a cow every year and their standard cut is twice that of yours. I have them cut mine 1 to 1 1/4. To get medium rare with your steaks you can only cook them 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on one side and about 30 seconds on the other. They are more like a sandwich steak than anything

I brought a box worth $300 of meat and…
I brought a box worth $300 of meat and it was not good at all. It was small, fatty and didn’t taste good at all, like it was rancid. I definitely would never buy from them again. I tried contacting them regarding this to no avail. Nobody will return your calls or respond to emails. They had me fill out a questionnaire about refunding my money and nobody has done anything yet. Very frustrating.

Everything is absolutely delicious
Everything is absolutely delicious! The only thing that was disappointing was the ribeyes that were $39 are so thin. It’s like Carne Asada meat. I did not feel like it was an actual steak. It was good, but very thin. We’re very pleased so far. Everything has just been over the top delicious

The meat that I purchased was…a mixed box of steaks
The meat that I purchased was definitely sub-standard. Some cuts are packaged to look more than an inch thick but removed from packaging are around a half inch thick. All cuts (except for the T-bone steak) appear to be all sirloin and a poor qualify sirloin. Every bite has gristle, Very unpleasant! The Ribeye steaks that suckered me into the deal are only thick enough to use as cheese steaks, about 1/4 inch or less thick.

Not my favorite
I got the surf and turf package with extra 2lbs of crab. I tried it last night and I was not impressed. The steaks were so thin and tough, after tenderizung. The crab had no meat and had a fishy taste. Super bummed. I got "$200" off so I only paid $460 which I still felt was pretty pricey because I didn't get that much. I will never order from them, instead just go to a local butcher. I have gotten way more from a butcher, with better quality, for less money. Never falling for a truck side butcher again.

As I get more into the different cuts of meat, I'm not all that thrilled with it. I guess I expected better.
I totally expected better quality beef. Ribeyes are pretty thin. The strip steaks were a disappointment in that they were kind of mushy. We cook our beef medium well. I haven't tried the tbone yet.

The ribeyes are paperthin
The ribeyes are paperthin. The food is saturated and a 19% solution and is extremely low quality. It taste like garbage is garbage and shouldn’t be allowed to be sold. You tricked my husband into thinking he was getting a good deal in a parking lot and it was trash garbage is all brought home. I don’t even know how you can feel good about yourself at the end of the day.
