Seems defrosted then refrozen
I got my first delivery and it looks like it was defrosted then refrozen before sending to me. Some of the cuts are shockingly small and I’m not sure it’s safe to eat.

Not worth the trip. Hard sell of much more expensive meats
Your ribeye was so small and flat. Rub eye price was just a leader to get people there. Then the hard sell from your man there at the back of the truck away from others waiting. The above will stope from ever going to another "Truck sale" again. The rib eye a did buy wasn't worth it.

Cranky wife on the upsale with unimpressive quality so far
Not impressed so far. I agreed to my husband getting the $40 package and he said the sales was misleading. He came home with a box that cost over $300. The crab was unimpressive and the ribeye were ridiculously thin and tough. Not impressed. He gave it a negative 3 rating. Not real excited to try the rest of the box.

Real Meats!

I bought two boxes from this company.
I bought two boxes from this company when they came to my local town, I thought I was getting a good deal. Well...was I wrong, I usually love ribeye its my favorite but those were horrible thin, lots of grisle, and two of them had a weird taste. The ny strips were mushy, I don't even understand how a steak can be like that. The pepper steaks were so tough but the chopped beef steaks were pretty good I cooked them as a burger. I honestly would never by from this company again unless the quality changes .

We found the beef to be very low quality
We found the beef to be very low quality and so tough it was hard to chew. The shrimp tasted like bleach. The breaded shrimp tasted like it was caught in an oil spill. The steaks are so thin it’s impossible to get a good crust on them without overcooking. They also have so much liquid added to them that you have to try and dry them out. Very disappointed!

Split this order with my son
Split this order with my son. We both have come to the same conclusion. A lot of tough spots in the steaks probably gristle. Some are soggy in the middle after cooking.
