I’ll be honest and say don't buy from backyard butchers. I wish I would’ve done my research and dug into it a little bit more before purchasing. However, I received a discount from Shop and then a further discount on the box that was offered and it’s all false advertisement. On the website in the picture you see thick beautiful steaks and burgers. However they are all small and don’t look appealing. Plus, three of the packages were unsealed. SAVE your money go find a real local farmer or a good butcher shop and buy stuff from them. Do Not waste your money on backyard butchers and do not listen to what all the other people say about it being great either they don’t know what real good steak is or they were paid to say it because these are the worst steaks that I’ve ever had in my life

The "20 ribeye steaks for $39" offer glued me. Spent 45min in a line. Was sold "box" with a steak variety at an ok $100 price. HOWEVER, the worst was "Sirloin Steaks": upon grilling, steaks were mushy inside. Disaster. DO NOT buy.

I love the clean meat with no chemicals!! So healthy in a processed world. Boxes last the two of us perfectly for 8 weeks. It would be cool to be able to mix up one kind of meat for something else once in awhile

1) steaks cut to thin, I like my steaks rare and yours are so thin it's impossible to cook rare.
2) meat just thrown in a pos box, even the delivery driver said he wasn't sure about the condition of the meat inside.

its the first time that i seen a ad that there was truck up where i live i was just going to try just some steak but after looking to see what all was offered so i bought over $300 worth of steak chicken breast chicken tenders and i am glad i did i love every single one i had hope the truck comes back i for sure will be buying again everything was really good

I was drawn in by the ribeye steaks thinking the price was too good to be true only to have that confirmed when I realized how thin they were. Meat quality is fair for some cuts but there was a certain cut that sort of felt grainy and mushy at the same time - other cuts were ok.

Seems defrosted then refrozen
I got my first delivery and it looks like it was defrosted then refrozen before sending to me. Some of the cuts are shockingly small and I’m not sure it’s safe to eat.
